DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR! I took my car in for an oil change and general maintenance and a week later my car battery died (even tho they told me it was fine) and I realized my hood latch was broken. I realized they must have broken it when they did my oil change as they were the only ones who have touched it. I had to tow my car to another repair shop so they could get my hood open to even replace the battery since I obviously couldn’t get it open myself. I knew they would blame it on me before I even tried, but I did attempt to take it back and see if they could compensate me for at least the cost it took to fix the lever they clearly broke (it was working fine before the oil change and no one else had touched my car since then so it was definitely them) and they said their camera footage “showed no evidence they broke it”, and so they weren’t financially responsible. I have no idea how they would even be able to see on camera that they didn’t break it because it’s literally inside my car and by my pedals, but either way I’m out $700 and I will never go back or recommend them to anyone ever again. 12:54 on a Sunday afternoon. 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞 It’s a shame .. There is a serious issue in this day and age with customer service . Today my daughter and I were trying to pump gas at BP on Allentown and Cable Rds. I needed a fill up , so my vehicle would be using almost $50. In gas . When my daughter put my credit card in the slot it says , “See attendant “.. my daughter goes in , because I use a wheelchair. *My daughter has been assisting me for about 3 years at the gas pump.* Attendant says “They have old pumps “ and comes outside to use the card reader. Assuming all is good , my daughter starts to pump gas. It still doesn’t work.😞 I call the attendant by phone to let her know , “I’m sorry to call you , but the pump still isn’t working “. She says she’ll be out. I see her at the pump talking to my daughter as she is running the card again & her facial expression is really nasty, as if she’s making fun& rolling her eyes ? I roll down my window and let her know , we never experienced a problem like this before and we are sorry to bother her , but it’s not working, and she shouldn’t be nasty to my daughter. It’s not her fault the pump is old . I didn’t yell or raise my voice? As I’m rolling my window up she tells me to go somewhere else; I don’t need your business “b*t*h “! ( obviously a curse word for female dog) Really? BP would rather me fill $50 in my tank at Speedway? Well that’s exactly what I did ! Back in the day.. I would have approached her, but I’m in a wheelchair and choose to use the number I have for her district manager tomorrow. As customers, I feel we have the right to know when employees cross the line. I have been in management before I retired, and NEVER .. Even if someone was being rude to me would I approach any customer ; let alone a handicapped one with a young lady with her , like that. I will be calling her district Manager tomorrow. Just thought I’d share in case others have this experience. If THIS is “The Royal treatment, I don’t need it!” ~Deidre

The one on Ervin street has the best people working.I never had a problem with this place at all.They are busy at times but I have no problem waiting. ~Eve

Terrible Deli manager, fired a poor girl who wanted to pay respects to one of her best friends passing away..never getting my business again! That's also the same with a lot of people because word is getting around and Pony Keg Deli is gaining a terrible reputation from this! Which, quite frankly, I am not sorry about. If I were the owner I'd fire the Deli manager. A lot of people agree on that too. ~tyler

Most of the time I just go here to buy cards, snacks, and a few other small things. Isn't the best place in Lima but it isn't the worst store either. They are short on help so sometimes you have to wait for a cashier. I see other people posting that the service at the pharmacy was bad. I would not suggest going to the pharmacy there for that reason but I haven't noticed anything with the cashiers in the front. This place is only OK but it is convenient because of its location. ~Levi

Aldi is a great store. I shop at Aldi about 3-4 times a week, if not more. But the manager is rude, which is the only reason for my rating. Many times, the manager or the assistant manager have behaved rudely with me. I treated or at least tried my best to treat them with kindness but they did not reciprocate the kindness. I really hope they learn to treat everyone with respect and kindness. Other than that, an amazing store. ~Chosen

I always find what I need at this location. Usually decent prices. My go to store when I don't want to go all the way to Walmart. ~Donna

I liked them over there & was disappointed that they had closed! I had no clue. They had changed the name back to Crouse Lumber & then later someone told me that they were gone. I used to have my keys made there. Seems like we are running out of places that makes keys anymore. Thankfully, I had to go to Lowe’s. Also, Crouse had a lot of things to choose from for home, also. Thank you to the 3 sisters & their parents, & the husband who owned it! You will be missed. ~This

This place used to be good, but ever since Management changed and the current Owners took over, it has gone down hill. The Owner is a horrible business man and he should really consider selling to someone that will run the place right. Priorities are not in line when it comes to this place, the valuable Employees are seen as disposable and he keeps around the ones that should be let go. He is not an honest man and we will no longer give the Quick Mart business. Our family and a lot of our friends are willing to go out of our way to support another business with better values. Do not waste your time using this business unless you want to hear some colorful language and be ignored by a few of the workers until it suits them to wait on you. ~Kelly
