Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center

Elliot is very full of himself. He is constantly trying to tell jokes instead of just doing the job. I went to get custom earplugs for work and instead of just using the foam dam like he's supposed to he uses cotton which he pushes around for a long time before he gets into place. He tried to say I have a low pain tolerance because I was flinching during this process. The only reason I was flinching was because every time he put his tool in my ear I heard eardrum reverb. The earplugs I revived didn't stay in place at all. If I made any movement they would release their seal. He remade the one that wasn't sealing and it was still giving me issues so I ended up getting a full refund. He gave me a lot of issues for this. ~Chelsea

Erik's Clothing & Culture

My husband and son both love this place. Their closets have more culture clothes than mine does. Erik is a wonderful person and his partner, Amy, is also fantastic. The clothes are expensive, but good quality, made of great material and will last a long time. Erik also knows what he is talking about. He will not allow you to walk out of his store looking less than amazing! Also, we had our guys fitted for their wedding clothes here. Yes, again, it is pricey. However, why rent a tux when you can buy a suit that makes you look smashing? I highly recommend at least taking a look and see if Erik has what you want or what you didn't even know you need. ~Christina

Hammer Huber's

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought 250 dollar keens from this place and realized I needed wide toe. I wore the boots for an hour. The guy at the desk seen a tiny bit of dirt on the underside of the boot and said they are non returnable. Mind you I have been shopping at this same store for 15 years. I have never had a problem in the past but these boots were messing with the part of my foot that was broken a couple years back. If the boots were really scuffed up and dirty I could understand. But there was a tiny bit visible. The boots are in perfect condition with nothing wrong with them. So if the attendant would have taken a damp cloth to the small dirt spot they would be flawless. So zero stars for them don't shop here it's not just boots. There store policy says if there worn then non returnable. So my union brothers and sisters stay warned. Don't throw your money away ~Misty

Lids

I just left lids. They had some customers in the store so I waited until they were not busy. I stood there waiting for them to ask me if I needed help. But instead they just stood there talking about never wanting to work another black Friday and all he wanted was a bounce. My niece and I had to get the hats down from the top shelf as they watched us struggle to get them down. Customer service is one of the biggest selling points. I ended up leaving with nothing. It wasn't worth a sale for their poor attitude. Note the guy walked past me 4 times and just made him self " look " busy. ~Kelly

Aéropostale

The customer service there (particularly a girl named Jackie) was terrible. We were not asked for help or welcome when we entered. Then about 10 min in the store it is noticed my daughter did not have a mask on (for medical reasons she can't wear one). I explained that, even though I don't have to. Another 5 minutes later the lady Jackie comes to tell me how my daughter can't drink her drink because she doesn't have a mask on. So I make the comment if "so if sh e has one on she can drink her pop?" She was very rude in explaining how other customers would want to do the same. Could have just said no food or drink and I would have understood. So my money I would have spent there will be spent somewhere else. Money from my paycheck not a stimulus (I didn't get one of those yet haha) for the people who was to comment about that. ~Kayla

Sam's Club Gas Station

This place is constantly busy. Understandable since their gas is usually about 20 cents cheaper. The problem is that there is always numerous pumps not working. Yesterday there were 7 pumps not working and the line of cars went all the way to Home Depot . The same attendant that is always there was just sitting inside as he always does, doing absolutely nothing. This is not an isolated incident. He is always "working ". Call a company to service the pumps!!! Even when they are operational, they're the slowest pumps I've ever used. An Apple IIe is quicker! ~Conar

AAA Sandusky

Excellent service from AAA. I was able to easily receive roadside assistance, in a timely fashion, with the service gentlemen easily unlocking my car after my keys became locked inside. The knowledgeable guy arrived quickly to my car within 25 minutes, and feasibly jumped the battery. I was operational again in a matter of minutes, and grateful for my AAA plan and services rendered. ~Spacey

BP

I just 30 $40 in the ATM there I called back, on what I thought was a super long shot, but Heather answered the phone and I explain to her that I took out 100 but when I just counted my money there was only 60 so I must’ve grabbed the money before the ATM was done spitting it out… Surprisingly and refreshingly she was honest and said come and get it it’s in my hand honey. I told her I was going to give her 10 Dollars for her being so nice and honest and she refused to take my money. When I was in there with drawling my money from the ATM I heard her greeting customers at the window and it specifically stood out in my mind how nice and cheerful she was this is the best gas station and Sandusky and the owners should consider making Heather a manager if she’s not ~Max
