My boyfriend spoke to different workers on different days regarding his account and direct deposit, not one person decided it was worth it to mention his account has been closed since last year. He recently set up direct deposit for his job and was unable to access his money and the check was bounced. Finally after speaking to yet a 3rd worker, he was made aware of his closed account. If only someone knew how to do their job none of this would have happened. ~Michelle

I'm sure just like every phone call I Have made to Pen Fed this will get me no where. My father passed away a few months ago. Prior to his death I (his son and beneficiary of the account and I had a living power of attorney) tried to get the account in my name as I was worried someone would try and steal money out of his account. Well I even had an attorney involved and the bank kept putting up hurdles to jump until he died and of course someone had transferred money out of his account while he was dying. Now they will not even get me a detailed statement of his account to see what was taken. I have no clue how they can be a federally insured bank. Worst Bank on the planet. RUN!!!! ~Michael

The most unprofessional bank I’ve dealt with. We had a loan for a truck we had that had been sold. With the truck, everything went smoothly, however recently we sold the truck back to a dealership who took over the rest of the amount. We took out another loan for a car, which got delayed due to Michele in the call center not submitting paperwork and never reaching out to us for the necessary documents. My husband had to call every time to check on the status just for them to tell us that they were pending information from us, which they never reached out for. My husband had to reach out to the top manager to finally get the loan approved. Well, this past Friday we just got charged for the truck that we SOLD, and when we went into the bank to ask why we were being charged, the employee there told my husband: “well what do you want me to tell you, someone has to pay it”. We will be going to the BBB and filing this with higher ups and recommend against any business with them. ~Cerelia
