The seafood casserole is the best!!! I have gone twice and I couldn't help it to order the seafood casserole again. The personnel is very friendly and they prepare the food really fast. I just would like that the fried calamari eould be crunchy. ~Karime

Love this pharmacy for the most part! Make sure you check lunch hours when they close up. Half the time I forget and have to wait for them to come back from lunch. It is extremely weird that such a big pharmacy completely closes for lunch, but it's something I've come to accept. ~Michael

I changed to Genoa Pharmacy in Warwick from a 24 hour CVS close to my house a few years ago. If you haven't given a small pharmacy a chance, you need to. I was afraid, I won't lie. But the staff at Genoa go out of their way to meet my needs. I cannot say enough positive. I have never had better customer service anywhere else. You won't be disappointed. ~Sandra

I usually only give great reviews for things I really like, but the experience I just had with a teller named Kathy from this branch has forced me to come here and leave this review. This person has zero customer service skills. She was rushy and rude. She cut me off in the middle of most of my questions. There is $900 missing from my account. I just deposited $900 in. No withdrawals or debit transactions have happened since. If I was her boss and I heard her speak to a customer like that, I'd never let her touch a phone again in my bank. If the manager can't fix this I'm banking elsewhere.. She said "I don't know what to tell ya" like five times and rushed to get me off the phone, I kept asking questions and she hung up on me. ~Freethinker

The rear of my car was not rinsed properly so all the dirt and grime (and soap) left drip marks down the entire rear of my car. Using the self cleaning bays would bring me back here every week but they are coin op. Several others I go to are $3 for 4 minutes and accept cards. Very convenient ~jjr4884
