This is my closest store normally Im happy to shop here..... Today a girl named Nancy was looking in my bag and accused me of stealing my drink I bought there yesterday. Nancy stop racially profiling people , she should have been helping the hard working people who work there and stocking the shelf..... Im calling cooperate.... Nancy the racist.... ~laurie

This place needs a complete overhaul. The store is filthy and there’s so much stuff literally thrown everywhere, you can’t even negotiate the aisles. Items are either not priced or they’re placed in the wrong spot on the shelf. Most aisles are empty that are fully stocked at other DG stores so no “supply chain excuses”. The staff doesn’t acknowledge you at all and clearly would rather be anywhere else. Carts were full of garbage. We’re new to the area and it was our first - and last - visit. ~Dorothy

This store decided to implement a store credit return policy a couple of weeks ago. I just bought the item a hour ago. The cashier contacts the manager on the phone to be instructed to plug the tree up to see it it works (all of this is being done, while another customer is waiting). The manager then tells her to inform me that the store has a store credit policy. What is the point of testing the tree, just to tell me that you cannot refund me the same method of payment that I originally paid? They offered me a store credit, despite me purchasing the item a hour prior. However, no where is it mentioned on the receipts or anywhere in the store that the store only offers a store credit. The only time that this is discovered, is when you try to return an item. This is terrible customer service. To not inform customers of your return policy, prior to shopping is terrible service. ~AJ
