Horrible service . They have expired coupons on the items and will not remove the coupons off . This is very confusing to the customers and joe the manager was not helpful at all ! Very very disappointed

This place needs a complete overhaul. The store is filthy and there’s so much stuff literally thrown everywhere, you can’t even negotiate the aisles. Items are either not priced or they’re placed in the wrong spot on the shelf. Most aisles are empty that are fully stocked at other DG stores so no “supply chain excuses”. The staff doesn’t acknowledge you at all and clearly would rather be anywhere else. Carts were full of garbage. We’re new to the area and it was our first - and last - visit.

Surprised of how much clutter was in the store. Then waited roughly 15 minutes to check out because the girl running the cash register was to busy facetiming someone while trying to deal with customers very unprofessional. Hate going to this store

This store decided to implement a store credit return policy a couple of weeks ago. However, it is no where mentioned on the receipts or anywhere in the store. This is terrible customer service. To not inform customers of your return policy is terrible service.

Staff is oh so helpful and the store is always clean. The clearance rack in the back is always full, and if you're running low on funds then they have a dollar aisle that has like, Everything

Terrible timing today before I pick my kids up from school. I attempted self checkout but it was having an issue. I only needed a few things and an employee was having issues with boxes not scanning with the fedex delivery. And she screamed across the store for Miss Anne, about 5x. Tall need walkie talkies or something. I dropped my items at the register and left. Employee apologized as I walked out. I can't be waiting forever when I have other responsibilities.

I like that the cashier advised an unmasked customer he needed a mask n provided him w one Most essentials sell.out quickly. But it is a populated area. The cashier does advise when the next truck.is due in so this is helpful.

Prices are great. Easy to get quick needed items. Little unorganized. Shelves were empty with carts of boxes blocking aisles.

This location needs to work on customer service. As with a lot of Dollar General stores, good customer service is a hit or miss and not always consistent. But the shelves are stocked well and the store is clean and organized, so not all hope is lost! I'll still probably try them again when I'm close by!

Very clean organized store! The ladies that worked there seemed happy to be there. There was so much to look at that I spent probably 45 mins just walking around...I only went in for cat litter. I hate to say this but It was worth me passing family dollar to go to Dollar General.
