Best car rental agency in Nashville, Tennessee (TN) 2024

Honestly a pretty good experience from start to finish renting a car here. It was very easy to get a car here. Simply walk out to the baggage claim area, follow signs to the rental car center, and then go to the car. If you have status with National as Executive or Executive Elite, choose any of the full-size cars in the executive aisles. Return is also super fast and efficient. Only thing I wish is that they had better selection of higher class cars available in the executive aisle. Many other airports of this caliber have nicer cars like Audi‘s, Alpha Romeos, and convertibles. Would be nice to get a few of those here! ~Nik

We were early for our flight arrived early at BNA, Saturday the 25th, but the young man who was behind the counter met us with warm smiles and a friendly tone. We shared some laughs and he shared some sites to see since we had never been to Nashville. I am in love with their service with a smile! Definitely and highly recommend! I've had a horrible experience in the past with another rental company, however Alamo will ways be my first to rent from for they helped ease my mind. I had wanted a mid size car (corolla or so) and got a sentra. When Alamo says they clean and sanitize their cars, they don't lie! Car is nice- no damage and the engine shifted wonderfully. Alamo- thank you! Not only for the lovely car but the service I'll never forget. ~The

Seemed like everyone had an attitude problem at the Nashville rental car pickup. First, my rental agreement wasn't at the Fastbreak, so had to go back to the desk. Second, I wanted the lady to document the tire marks on the driver side doors and back panel, and without even looking she stated, "They are normal scratches, if you don't want the car, then get another car". (See pictures of tire marks) The worst part is when I returned my car, I filled it full with over $60 gas and took a picture of the miles & gas meter. I was told "all is good", but in the airport I received my receipt with an extra $140 charge for "gas services". I have already opened a dispute case and sent in my documentation. I will probably never be using Budget/Avis again unless something changes. ~Rick
