We rented a car from the Alamo BNA Airport location last week. The staff was over-the-top amazing! It is tough working in the tourism and hospitality business these days. But despite their super long day and our late Saturday 9 pm arrival, these folks had fantastic smiles and customer service that made it a great experience. 👏👏👏

I did the pre-register, skip the line booking online. Alamo is on level one, and very close to the entrance of the rental garage, which is a fairly short walk through and out of the terminal. Before I even made it to the kiosk an incredibly nice Alamo employee, Herman, came walking up to me, pleasantly greeted me, and handed me a much-needed bottle of ice cold water. He went directly to the kiosk, entered my name…done. He asked if I definitely needed a pickup truck, as that’s what I rented; I did not. So I was upgraded, no charge, to an incredibly nice, comfy German SUV. Vehicle was clean and had no problems…and was a very nice ride. Herman gave a thorough rundown on the controls, and I was off in literally no time flat. I will definitely be going with Alamo for my next rental.

We were early for our flight arrived early at BNA, Saturday the 25th, but the young man who was behind the counter met us with warm smiles and a friendly tone. We shared some laughs and he shared some sites to see since we had never been to Nashville. I am in love with their service with a smile! Definitely and highly recommend! I've had a horrible experience in the past with another rental company, however Alamo will ways be my first to rent from for they helped ease my mind. I had wanted a mid size car (corolla or so) and got a sentra. When Alamo says they clean and sanitize their cars, they don't lie! Car is nice- no damage and the engine shifted wonderfully. Alamo- thank you! Not only for the lovely car but the service I'll never forget.

We recently took at trip to Nashville to see family. Our flight was delayed and we arrived very late which put us at the Alamo counter at 11 PM. From passed experience in other cities we were dreading having deal with limited vehicles and unfriendly staff. However, Mr. Patton and his staff were fantastic, so friendly and thorough. The next morning we discovered a problem with our vehicles front tire and took it back. Mr. Patton and staff took care of the problem with an upgrade and sent us on our way quickly. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER with rental staff anywhere in the country. Keep up the great work and thank you for efforts!

We rented a 13-passenger Van at the Nashville Airport from Alamo for a Family Reunion. The Van was ready for us and was very clean. The gentlemen at the Counter were extremely courteous and helpful. They even helped us load our luggage ... and then offered US a bottle of water! I could not have been more pleased with the rental experience. The rental return was also quite easy and no surprise charges were inserted onto our bill.

Best rental experience I’ve ever had. Herman at Alamo Nashville Airport was so lovely and took great care of me. I booked a Nissan Versa or similar compact car and was given (what I consider an upgrade) to a Mazda Miata. Excellent value and customer service at this location! If you need a rental from BNA, book Alamo!

The manager Megan was awesome!!! We arrived earlier then planned and she was accommodating! We were able to get our vehicle early and with in a few minutes of arriving! The other staff at BNA (Counter-Michelle and the very distinguished black gentlemen, Herman?) who greeted us with a bottle of water and made our experience exceptional! Their customer service is outstanding!!! We will definitely use Alamo again when traveling to Nashville! This crew deserves move than 5 stars!!!! Very happy customer!

I have been meaning to post this review for months now - back in October 2021 I had the pleasure meeting Herman Patton, who sent me off with love and blessings in a White Jeep Grand Cherokee since I was only in town for a day. I have never experienced such incredible customer service before in my life! He had such a warm and friendly personality and wished me well on my hero's journey as I was in town recording music :) Definitely would recommend this service to anyone!
