I have used Budget before and had great experiences. But at the Nashville Airport we have had a horrible time. I thought booking through PriceLine would make it easy. But they charged double at the office. They added prepaid fuel, extra insurance and more. Once added they claim additional charges can’t be removed. They actually maxed out the credit card and then claimed my wife was a thief for using a card with such a low limit. They basically bullied and intimidated her to try to get more money. She was on a business trip with a coworker. Even with the manager Budget refused to drop the additional charges and left them stranded out of state. They are good at putting on the pressure. I like Budget overall but avoid Nashville! There are better companies in the airport to rent from.

Will never use Budget again! My car was banged up and should not have even been the fleet. If the whole process at the airport from start to drive didn't take so long I would have refused the car but thy made me late. No one cared before or after about anything!

Picking up rental at Nashville airport was a pleasure/easy, car was clean and ready. Dropping off at Miami airport was also easy until I got my bill. Car was due on 9/9/22 before noon and returned it on 9/8/22 at 10:30 pm, when I received my bill it billed me for retuning on 9/9/22 at 5:30 pm and charged an extra $120.00. I am disputing this charge and hopefully it will be resolved if not I’ll never use budget again.

An absolute waste of my time and money (attendant literally hissed at me) I made an advance reservation to check in on a Thursday, and upon arrival I got in line for budget rentals only to be told there was currently a 2+ hour wait. Upon finally getting to the desk the lady at the counter was incredibly rude and dismissive. I asked for the manager and she said he was “out looking for more cars” which was an obvious lie. She kept ranting about how “the average wait time for a car in Hawaii is 3 hours” which was quite insulting since I made a reservation here and now. I could care less about what the wait time is in one of the most popular vacation destinations. She even went out of her way to express that I, and 75% of the line, were in the “wrong line” (the signage is vague at best) and that was causing the backup. Meanwhile, no staff had made any effort to clarify this whatsoever. Upon finding out that they’re negligence had cost me 3+ hours of my time I went back inside to try to find the manager. Instead the girl inside asked what my problem was, and then told me that no one inside could help. Frustrated I turned around, but not before she LITERALLY HISSED at me. I recommend finding another car service that does not rip you off and values their and your time.

First time renting from budget..was great experience. When I returned the rental I was traveling with my wife and my sister in law my sister in law need wheelchair assistance. At the returned counter there is no wheelchair available the young man took us over to the terminal in the rental which we all think was incredible. Love the customer service at budget at the Nashville international Airport. Great job everyone.

Jeff at the Nashville airport was AMAZING!! His customer service was superb during picking up our car. At drop off we elected to use their curbside drop off option and that was also well worth it. I cannot recall the gentleman’s name but he was super sweet and respectful. I’ll most definitely book with Budget again.

Budget stood out among all other car rental places. Pick up and drop off was very quick and easy. The customer service is outstanding, the vehicle was great and comfortable and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Budget for renting your next car.

Seemed like everyone had an attitude problem at the Nashville rental car pickup. First, my rental agreement wasn't at the Fastbreak, so had to go back to the desk. Second, I wanted the lady to document the tire marks on the driver side doors and back panel, and without even looking she stated, "They are normal scratches, if you don't want the car, then get another car". (See pictures of tire marks) The worst part is when I returned my car, I filled it full with over $60 gas and took a picture of the miles & gas meter. I was told "all is good", but in the airport I received my receipt with an extra $140 charge for "gas services". I have already opened a dispute case and sent in my documentation. I will probably never be using Budget/Avis again unless something changes.

Painfully slow, almost 2 hours of waiting; JUST TO GET THE KEYS One person working at the desk, no less then 100 people in line. All other car rental agencies have no line. I would consider paying a little more and going with them. Unless you have a couple hours to kill at the airport

Our experience was wonderful. Easy check in and out. A member of the car return team took us to our terminal. Super nice young man. We will definitely use Budget again! Oh, and the car was great too!
