I have gone to Green Hills Pharmacy for a while now and they've always been great but they really went above and beyond this past weekend. Our vet calls in a compounded prescription for our cat that has to be refrigerated and I realized I had left it out overnight. So, I left the pharmacy a voicemail requesting a refill but by the time I checked my message Saturday that said the prescription was ready, they were closed. I was worried about our 16-year-old cat missing a dose of her medicine so when I called the after hours number for advice, the pharmacist, Jeremy, kindly offered to meet me there. It was so nice of him! They have a customer for life. ~Whitney

Gave me the wrong medication. I noticed one of my pills looked slightly different than the others so I decided to Google the numbers and letters on the pill and, lo and behold, it was a totally different medication. This could be a huge fatal error in so many situations. I've tried to call to tell them this happened, but could never get through. The staff is rude. On a different occurrence I was not given the full equipment for my prescribed medication and when I called the pharmacy about it the person who answered made me feel as if it was my fault that I was not given it. Just been very unpleased for a while, but the medication error warrants a warning to others. ~Madeline

I was helped at Pharmacy by Osuna. She was a wonderful employee who not only helped me out find over the counter Medicine for my 7 months baby, but who also took her time and walked all the way to the children section of the store to find the specific kind of medication that my daughter needed. I asked him if I can talk to her manager to leave positive feedback, but ahe said: it's okay and it was her Duty. I think she deserves 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Thanks Walmart for hiring employees such as OSUNA who helpes customer like us. I wish her nothing, but success and happiness in the Future. ~raminak

Honestly, my daughter had only had option care for 2 months since getting home from her NICU stay; no one ever told me that I would need to call every month to get her supplies & formula sent out to us. So, because of that in the past 2 weeks, she has run out of her formula twice. Once, because we were never told to call monthly for them to send out her supplies, & now she’s completely out AGAIN (9 days later) because they are “waiting for authorization” on a brand of formula that I’ve already gotten from them last month (11 cans). It has been more stressful to me than anything else. How can a company not care so much about its patients that they can run out of food & the people at the company STILL aren’t trying to get it done. This is honestly a ridiculous business, obviously they don’t care about their patients health & needs. ~Madison

This is my favorite store. Everyone is so willing to help you. The people in the pharmacy are so sweet they even know me by name . They take great care of me always willing to go that extra mile to make sure everything runs smooth. Sometimes it takes a minute when I go threw the drive through but that's only because I have several people ahead of me. Over all I couldn't ask for a better place to go and have all my needs meet.Thanks my friends. Great Job... ~Joan
