The worst customer experience I have ever had

Terrible customer service. I waited 15 minutes so to nobody around to help. Then Kevin, the manager didn’t feel like taking my FedEx package at the FedEx counter and told me to bring it somewhere else. Complete waste of my time. Terrible employee.

I have been to almost every Walgreens in Davidson County. These are the friendleist and most professional staff. Very convenient.

I actually like this store and the employees are friendly however I don't care for the answer I got from a cashier when I told her at 8:30 at night that a sketchy person was hanging right outside the front door begging people for money. Her reply was ," Oh yeah he's there all the time". Seriously? I didnt expect her to confront him, that's a mgrs job. Interesting.. maybe they should just put him on the payroll since he's there all the time anyway

Staff is great and pharmacy is very quick but expect to get panhandled in the parking lot. Always people asking for something right outside the store plus coming up to your car asking for cash.

The only issue we had was with the cashier. When she was checking us out, my brother noticed she scanned an item twice. First she argued with us and then finally checked on the computer. We told her she needed to scroll up more but she wouldn't, and argued that we were confused. Eventually we just paid because there was a line. We got outside and checked the receipt. As expected, she scanned the item twice. We went back in and got in line and she looked at us and just said "What?" I said, you did scan it twice. Her reply was "Well go get another one". Are you kidding me? We were never rude or disrespectful to her and even the guy she was checking out shook his head. We gave her the bad and receipt. She couldn't find it so we had to point it out on the receipt. She acted like we were such an inconvenience. It's too bad that we will have to drive further to go to CVS from now on.

My doctor gave me the wrong prescription and she had to call the pharmacy to correct it. They then said they never got a call and she had to call a second time. This wouldn't have been so bad if the bearded man behind the counter hadn't been incredibly abrasive. He made it very obvious he didn't want to even look at me most less have to talk to me. Prejudice doesn't look good on pharmacies.

I have been on hold for a pharmacist for about 45 minutes, and since there's not much else I can do, I decided to write a quick review for this pharmacy. They are picking up the phone, and then placing me back in the hold que, which puts me behind new callers each time. It's extremely unprofessional, and all I need answered is a quick yes or no question. Oh and the first time I called, after a 17 minute hold queue someone picked up the line and hung up. This is terrible, inconsiderate service. I will never do business here again.

The pharmacist would not fill my prescription for fentanyl someday if she gets stage 4 bone cancer she will wish she had medication to ease the pain apparently she did not like the doctors office that I came from but sure made me pay the price!!!!
