10 Best shoe store in Nashville, Tennessee (TN) 2024

Great selection, clean, organized, friendly staff. Good store to go into periodically to see what they have. A little a bit of everything. *Update* I was in the day after Thanksgiving, 11/25/21, and all of the staff was dressed up for Christmas or had a holiday shirt on. The store was fully staffed and check out was very organized, and quick. There was a awesome selection of Christmas sweaters. I love this store, and always want to go, when I'm visiting my family in Madison TN ❤ ~Jennifer

Customer service here is worse than Comcast... Came in looking for a specific shoe, couldn't find it on my own, so I asked two of the employees if they had this particular shoe, which is Skechers go Walk 3. It's a little outdated, so I understand if they don't have it, but I could not get any help on the matter. The two employees I ask, each looked at me with this blank stare, listen to my question, then turned around and walked away to continue putting up shoes. Being that I couldn't get help there, I decided to try my hand at a different store a few hundred feet away, and found what I was looking for. ~Brokk

I needed new shoes. A friend recommended Fleet Feet. Boy am I glad they did. As soon as I walked in the store, Lindsey came over and asked me if I needed help. Yes, I did. So she measured my feet, asked about my preferences, and then brought out three options (plus arch supports). She was knowledgeable and friendly. She listened to my feedback and took the time to educate me on my options. A wonderful experience - and I was out in 20 minutes! This is now the only place I'll be shopping for new running shoes. ~Jason

I can’t relate at all with a few comments I came in with a family of ten, we were very indecisive and not to mention not so friendly but Yaya and the short guy with the hat was amazing, she can be stern but the sweetest person you’ll ever meet, shoe selection was low but what do you expect with the way things are her customer service was terrific, we ran them a lot and not once did we feel mistreated, sometimes the customers not always right, this lady do her best, to the two people that was there we saw how short staffed they were and we were patient! I say if anything she deserves a raise! ~Chelsea

I was greeted by Wes Davis. Super friendly asked me what I was looking for and then told me about the history of the company witch is amazing!! 167 years in clothing Amazing!! Then he gave me time to look around and he was able to answer some questions but most of all he got my Image on point! 10/10 ~Pat

Lee, the owner, was so helpful and nice! After he measured my feet and asked me what I was looking for, he carefully hand-selected about 8 pairs of running sneakers to ensure I had the perfect shoes. I wound up buying two pairs of sneakers! I’ll be back there every time I need new running shoes. You simply cannot buy this kind of first class customer service anymore. I highly recommend!!! ~Ben

Very helpful bike staff! Quoted me several prices and setups for Yakima racks. Ended up getting this cool tray style bike rack for my trailer hitch. The guy unboxed the rack, put it together, and then installed it on my truck. Then he showed me how it worked! Super helpful folks here! Thank you! ~JM

My Friend and I was in Nashville and decided to stop @ Citi Trends before we left coming back Home and found everything that we were looking for. The Employee that waited on Us was very Hospitable. ~Michael

This store is amazing! They have the coolest clothes and accessories for men and women! They have a really good sale rack too. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because everything is pretty expensive but my daughter got a really cute outfit so she loves this store! ~Julie
