So today we went like around 12:30pm and we were just looking to see s shoe that they had for my husband Steele toe shoes and the young lady that was there was very helpful and she show us some and the store manager was very helpful too and love their enthusiasm and they help to from the moment we walk to the moment we walk out and I wish other shoe company have an outstanding customer service like them and to think we were just looking and left with two pair of shoes and some socks and mostly definitely I will recommend this place to people I know and I will be bring my family to here. God bless this store and the wonderful employees you have here thank you so much.

Visited this location looking for shoes for work. I found a pair I liked but couldn’t find my size. I asked someone to check the back. They asked if I would like to try a pair that was a half size smaller than my size but were wide. I explained wider would not make the shoes longer. The employee walked away with no apology or any other words to me. I’ve never had a good experience shopping in this store. Associates are rude or not knowledgeable. Management needs to make these issues right!

Brie and TJ were super helpful in assisting me with the purchase of new shoes for my daughter. I didn't know her size in American size and she was very patient and friendly. I will definitely be coming back to do business here.

They have a lot of shoes for a good price. A lot of them are very cushioned, just make sure you find some that aren't slick on the bottom. Also some of them aren't good in the rain.

Customer service here is worse than Comcast... Came in looking for a specific shoe, couldn't find it on my own, so I asked two of the employees if they had this particular shoe, which is Skechers go Walk 3. It's a little outdated, so I understand if they don't have it, but I could not get any help on the matter. The two employees I ask, each looked at me with this blank stare, listen to my question, then turned around and walked away to continue putting up shoes. Being that I couldn't get help there, I decided to try my hand at a different store a few hundred feet away, and found what I was looking for.

Store leadership must help employees learn to actually listen to the customers they are employed to serve. Please help them learn that every interaction is not about them and all people are not out to get them. My shopping companion has profound hearing loss. Although she wears hearing aides, she can't hear well, especially in environments like shopping malls. She usually just tries to fend for herself, but finally asked an associate for help. The associate spoke in a quiet voice, and of course was wearing a mask per regulations. My companion said "I can't hear you", but the associate only repeated herself at the same volume. My companion repeated that she couldn't hear her and the associate gave us a look of hatred and walked away. I tried to speak to her to assure her that my companion truly couldn't hear, but the associate continued to walk away and refused to speak to me. Pretty heartbreaking all around over a stupid pair of shoes.

Great costumer service, I came in almost at the last minute, but they still served me by welcoming. Also, they made a good discount for me. It was my first time buying Sketchers products. Now I wear only shoes from Sketchers. I bought one for my mum too, she is also happy about her shoes.

Bought one pair got one 50% off. The sales person was super helpful with my husband trying on shoes. He's handicapped and its hard to fit him with shoes and she kept doing what she could to get him fitted with the perfect pair of shoes. Thanks so much for you huge help.
