This has been the worst experience I've had in any store this mall. There was one associate assisting customers during my lunch hour. The associate Yaya was very sassy and rude to me...I was made to feel like I was being dishonest about something while trying to process a return. She gave me the hardest time, when all she needed was the order number from the return label I had. A complete waste of my time. I am a frequent shopper and will continue to shop online. I will never visit this store again.

Bought the wrong size online and went to this foot locker at Greenhil mall for return. The girl at checkout told me their return system is down and can’t do the refund! WHAT A Lie! I turned to the foot locker at cool spring mall. They refund me the money and I bought two pairs of new shoes. Thanks to Rhoda over there! She’s the model you all foot locker sales should learn from!! Will never go in the greenhil one.

Went to this store to look for a pair of shoes for me and my girlfriend and was interrogated about what size I am and then was told they couldn’t tell me what sizes they had in stock. This experience made it very uncomfortable to continue shopping. Don’t go here awful customer service.

I called this location looking for a pair of Air Force 1's. They did not have them in stock. The young lady who I spoke with by the name of Yarlonda, said she will keep a look out and give me a call back which I was BLOWN AWAY because she could have just did the opposite and told me to call back or she could have not just done nothing but say " Have a nice day and good luck on finding them" But instead she not only followed up with me but called around to other stores looking for the shoes! When I tell you I felt like nothing less than pure ROYALTY. Kudos to Yarlonda for going the extra mile and implementing WORLD CLASS Customer Service!!! I will definitely be going to this location for now on!!

Very nice helpful employees, but you can’t try on their shoes… I was told I could only try one foot on at a time “to preserve the shoe” how can you possibly buy a pair a shoes without walking around in them first? Not even an expensive pair, just something to workout in. Oh well, headed somewhere else.

I can’t relate at all with a few comments I came in with a family of ten, we were very indecisive and not to mention not so friendly but Yaya and the short guy with the hat was amazing, she can be stern but the sweetest person you’ll ever meet, shoe selection was low but what do you expect with the way things are her customer service was terrific, we ran them a lot and not once did we feel mistreated, sometimes the customers not always right, this lady do her best, to the two people that was there we saw how short staffed they were and we were patient! I say if anything she deserves a raise!

Worst customer service of ALL time!!! The staff refused to leave from behind the counter to help customers. If you wanted to try on shoes you needed to bring the display shoe to them. Almost every shoe was out of stock as well, but they can apparently order it? Real helpful to someone who needs shoes that day. Please save yourself the headache and don't go here!

I was in this store for almost 5 minutes and no one acknowledged me. I will NEVER shop here again. I purchase new running shoes every two months, but they shall NEVER receive a dime of my money. I suppose if you don't look a certain way, you're not worthy to be acknowledged. I know I looked frazzled from teaching all day, but my money spends the same as everyone else's!!!

This use to be my favorite location until they started doing raffles, also they messed up when they hired the guy from Antioch he worked at the city gear and he loves to only sell to resellers, he lie about sizes just to give it to other customers who pay him, we went in and saw him and a light skin lady with big hair give over 20 pair of shoes to a Asian lady. A Caucasian guy and tall black guy spoke and offered assistance but other then that this store is foul, would only recommend if you plugged in with the managers smh. I do plan to contact corporate it’s not fair to regular customers.
