I placed an order, paid for shipping, waited over 10 days to receive the order, without any warning or explanation the order was canceled and refunded. These were items to be placed inside gift bags.🎁 What a disappointing disaster!!

Clothes were only suited to young girls. Clerk was inappropriately dressed. Merchandise was overpriced ano of marginal quality. Not a store for you if you actually need something to wear for normal everyday use.

This store is amazing! They have the coolest clothes and accessories for men and women! They have a really good sale rack too. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because everything is pretty expensive but my daughter got a really cute outfit so she loves this store!

Fun selection. We are from out of town and severely underestimated how cold it was going to be in the evenings. We were able to pick up some cute pieces to layer and what is now my new favorite fuzzy sweater 🤩

Trendy, current clothing, accessories, and fun gift items. Some things are a bit pricey, but not over the top. The building housing the store in downtown Nashville adds a lot to the charm of the store. We had an enjoyable experience.

Great store found some wonderful pieces. Will definitely be going back soon. The best part of it is my purchase came out to half price. A super surprise! It was my 1st time in and it won't be my last.

This store had a cool vibe, but, really, The Gulch is a really neat place that makes all things cool. There were clothing items, home items, books and office items - well-rounded but mostly clothes. Nice ones, mostly. I like how they give you a reusable cloth bag when checking out. There's a relaxed vibe, but maybe too relaxed as it was a tad messy. I like not being bothered when I'm shopping, and I wasn't. However, having said that, I waited at the cash register for a bit before any employee came to assist me - not the best. Bought a couple things I love and it's a beautiful, sunny, open place with large windows, so a great rating overall!

A fun place to get T-shirt’s, funny books, records, polaroids, and whatever else is trendy at the time. I can spend a bit of time just looking at all the items in this store.
