I'm not gonna lie. I went here with extremely low expectations. I fully expected to be disappointed. As a kid, I was always a Long John Silvers fan. I never thought much of Captain D's. I rarely eat at either nowadays. However, something was telling me to try this place. And I am glad I did. I used the drive-thru and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I received my order and the food was hot and fresh! And I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was! Way way way better than Long John Silvers!!! I'm a fan! I love to see businesses doing things right, and this one definitely gets kudos from me! Highly recommend for a quick meal. ~Brandon

The cashier named Grace, unsure if that was her name she just had a red slip that said grace infront of her badge, has a really bad attitude like If she dosen’t want to work there. I was asking her a question of an item I was purchasing because I was unsure if it included the rest in the box she just said “idk” and rolled her eyes. As I was paying I was inserting the card upwards as any other store and she just grabbed my hand while still in the card and turned it instead of telling me how to correctly place the card according to the store. If I could give this 0 stars I would.Really unprofessional of her part and it makes the store look bad. ~Annai

I got there right after they locked the door and I was picking up my Wish order. The young lady came to the door, politely scanned my QR code, grabbed my order, brought it to me AND informed me that they were going to be having a great sale the next day and invited me back. I will definitely keep using them. Very professional. ~Christina

Came here accidentally, this is what a restaurant should be. Excellent service, clean tables. Everything is made fresh, no canned mushrooms etc. This is most definitely our new local pizza place. Tables are cleaned immediately after a table leaves. I have not seen a business large or small operate this efficiently since before COVID. They are busy and manage it beautifully. They just created permanent customers! These tables cleared of customers less than 5 minutes ago. Just don’t see this anymore. Employees not on phones or one poor soul trying to do all jobs-order, clean, & deliver to all customers. Great Team!!! ~Regina

Danny was amazing. I was a rather difficult customer in that I had unusual needs. The staff was MORE than accommodating and put up with me at every turn. I was frazzled & stressed, but they weren't rude or anything. I am more than pleased with the customer service I received here. I'll definitely be back at this location. Thanks Danny! ~Adra

My family and I visited this store on Thursday, September 1, 2022. While we were checking out around 8:30 CST, the customer in front of me was trying to purchase a package of ramen noodles. However, it was not scanning properly. The cashier asked for the manager. Oscar appeared and very rudely stated that those noodles are only sold individually, not as a package. The customer decided not to purchase the item. I advised Oscar that there were several packages on the shelf that are being sold as a bundle. Oscar rudely walked away from me as I was speaking to him. He then rudely returned to the cash register and removed the cashier for no apparent reason to take over scanning my items. I asked if he was going to take the packages off the shelf to avoid any further confusion. Oscar replied, 'That's the stocker's problem, not mine.' I was shocked at this point and couldn't believe that a manager would actually say this to a customer. Oscar then began to scan my items at a faster pace and then literally throw them into the plastic bags. I had three fragile items that were all thrown into the bag together without being individually wrapped and one of the items even broke. I did not realize this until I grabbed the bags to leave after I paid. I took the item back to Oscar to request a refund and he said it was not broken, even though it clearly was. He eventually refunded me the money only after arguing with me about it first. He then began to scan my mother in law's items with the same haste and disregard to her items as he did with me. He then threw her change in her hand. I'm not sure what warranted this type of attitude and behavior from a supposed manager. I can't believe that 99¢ Only would employ a person with such horrible customer service skills let alone have him manage an entire store. This was extremely unacceptable behavior from a manager. ~Diana

Ding, Ding, Ding. Forget about Mr. Boo boo review and the other bug in the drink review and realize this. Eat and enjoy or take your food back and get a refund. Or drive away and run down to Cedar Hill. I come here and eat occasionally. Never got sick and food was cooked well done. Not always the best but nonetheless I been happy with my orders. Outside appearance could use a landscape lift. Inside needs minor remodeling. Customer service is so-so but I never experienced mistreatment. Wiping the tables more and mopping up could be adopted for daily appearance. The drive thru can be a little slow. My food was very hot and fresh. Nice creamy gravy with a roll and a batch of hot fried chicken tenders on this side of Mississippi. Get you some!!!!! ~Hunter
