5 Best appliance store in Houston, Texas (TX) 2024

The process is slow and all the staff is waiting for people to walk in the door; commission sale was openly noted. I had an issue with Conn's previously so they sent a $100.00 gift card. Nothing in the store is under $100.00. The gift card expires in April 2022 it was issued February 2022. That was an compensation for the error by their sales guy and manager. Also no where does it say to register the gift card. I will be so excited to pay them off! I will not shop there in the future and in my opinion there are not the best deals in Houston TX. ~Ang

My wife and I came into the store with a clear idea of what we were looking for, all we needed was amazing customer service to complete the deal and we got just that! Edgar Garcia did a phenomenal job with ensuring that we were heard and properly serviced. He was patient, kind, and well versed in the operations and process of the business. We truly appreciate how he operated as a professional of Conn’s and because of that we highly recommend any other customer working with him in the future. ~Gabrielle

Conn's HomePlus Westhimer was a beautiful place to be in. I honestly almost got lost in there. We went there in search of a refrigerator, and we got more than we were looking for. There were varieties, that we almost got confused on which to go for, but thankfully we had an amazing person with the name IB. She was amazingly helpful and patient to us. I on the other hand took time to go round the store and oh my!!! I was almost blown away. Everything in there is so gracefully beautiful. From the kids double decker beds, to the single beds with lighting around it. The technology section was my favourite part though, as an IT person...lol. I loved the Alien 👽 gaming machines, the Mac products, the HP products. They've got all types and sizes of speakers, headphones....likes of Sony and co. One other product I really loved was the home center table that is infused with a fussball. I really think that's a beautiful, well thought design. It will keep one busy without going all the way. So, I would have have given them a 5 star, but I took one out due to the lack of patience and communication with the guys at the delivery center. There was so much mix-up with the delivery to the point that they almost cancelled our purchase. That was very frustrating to be honest. In general, Conn's HomePlus is a good place for all your furniture, electronics, bedding and so many things you can think of in making your home a better place. ~UGOCHI

Gave Conn’s 5 stars because in person they were awesome. This is now turning into a nightmare. Changing to 1. Thought I had ordered through a sales clerk after two weeks of texting. Not the case. I took a day off work to receive my appliances. Found out I had to go into the store. I went in Saturday and delivered the washer and dryer today. I specifically asked for steam on my appliances when purchasing. The delivery team was awesome. The dryer didn’t come with steam. My husband said that’s not what she wanted to the delivery team. They said if you have a problem call the store he was never told to decline the delivery. I call and they tell me a 15% restocking fee for their mix up. Not what I wanted and a second day off of work. Now I have to go back into the store again and only refunded the restocking fee that we were NEVER told about! That’s all they are doing. Apparently what I want is $400 more per appliance and will cost me a 3rd day off of work. Amanda was super sweet but Rudy, you need to do more or I’m walking. ~Daniele

Things are always arranged well but I think they need to upgrade their camera section. Staff are professional and nice. ~Anant
