DJ provided excellent customer service! I stopped by looking for Ms.Ivey, she wasn't available. DJ took care of me and my nephew, he explained everything in detail. Wonderful personality. He represented Conn's well.

Ordered a washer from here was supposed to be delivered received 3 different emails day before was scheduled to deliver 1st said order being canceled 2nd said waiting inventory 3rd said being delivered with time & date as scheduled then day of delivery I called to make sure they said it's out of stock that I can order a different one & pay again with the price difference as well before my refund even hits my account smh. Then I go in store tell them about the issue I had they looked it up and shows in stock i told them okay can u make sure it is indeed in stock & ill pay now stated he checked, waited over hr for them to get everything ready bout to pay then he said oh its not in stock 😒 like I asked you this before i wasted my time up here. Do not recommend to be honest 3rd bad experience with them 😕

Conn's HomePlus Westhimer was a beautiful place to be in. I honestly almost got lost in there. We went there in search of a refrigerator, and we got more than we were looking for. There were varieties, that we almost got confused on which to go for, but thankfully we had an amazing person with the name IB. She was amazingly helpful and patient to us. I on the other hand took time to go round the store and oh my!!! I was almost blown away. Everything in there is so gracefully beautiful. From the kids double decker beds, to the single beds with lighting around it. The technology section was my favourite part though, as an IT person...lol. I loved the Alien 👽 gaming machines, the Mac products, the HP products. They've got all types and sizes of speakers, headphones....likes of Sony and co. One other product I really loved was the home center table that is infused with a fussball. I really think that's a beautiful, well thought design. It will keep one busy without going all the way. So, I would have have given them a 5 star, but I took one out due to the lack of patience and communication with the guys at the delivery center. There was so much mix-up with the delivery to the point that they almost cancelled our purchase. That was very frustrating to be honest. In general, Conn's HomePlus is a good place for all your furniture, electronics, bedding and so many things you can think of in making your home a better place.

I came in on 7/21/22 and was immediately greeted by Mr. Dale Pilgrim. I was really inquiring about prices of laptops. I hadn’t purchased my own laptop in over 10 years. Mr. Dale was very knowledgeable, patient (because I had a lot of questions), and most of all, helpful. I THOUGHT I wanted an Apple, but he walked me through the specs of both laptops and I ended up purchasing my 3rd HP laptop. He even thoroughly explained my financing options and showed me how I can get some “wiggle room” in the event I can’t meet the 12 month financing option and make it up on the back end. I am thoroughly pleased with the impeccable customer service I received from beginning to end! I can’t wait to put my new laptop to use… Thank you Mr. Dale for your knowledge and patience with me! Many continued blessings!!!

Update as of Aug 14, 2022. I have had problems with a GE refrigerator since March, when I had a horrible experience with the sales representative Eddie...and even until yesterday, his lack of being thorough and giving full disclosure of the contract is causing me to have to undue, unnecessary "property insurance", that he had added to my purchase ... The brand and type of unit I was given has been defunct. I have had 3 units sent to my home and all have not worked. The 3rd one brought out, I never signed for because the delivery person saw the problem, that was identical on the other 2 units, I had to put "duck tape" on the doors to hold them tightly closed. My life and my family's life has been horrible due to food lost and the lack of ability to have food to eat daily. My grandson's diet requires certain foods. This issue has caused so much stress because, I literally have to leave home every other day to buy something to prepare so he can have his meals. Milk has gone sour due to refrigerator not cooling. Other foods a waste. Can you imagine having to see food loss during these high inflation prices and burning gas every other day driving to a store. With covid and monkeypox out there...going out extra is also a serious problem. I'm hoping this gets resolved.

We went to Conns today, not knowing what to expect or even if we would get approved. Thomas greeted me as soon as I walked through the door let me know about all the specials and promptly helped me with any questions that I needed answered. We ended up being approved for well over what we thought, and he was able to look up inventory, and even some items that weren't in the store! Thomas was very patient and kind, and he even let me rearrange some of the pillows from other couches just to see if it would look good on the couch that I finally decided on. Thomas was great, and so was my experience at West Oaks Conn's !!!!

Great listeners. Prompt on time next day delivery. Manager and associate worked together to go beyond the call of duty to make sure i was satisfied . They were so easy going and took their time with me. Way better than rooms to go as far as getting you approved . Everyone is a winner at Conn's.

I had a great experience. The location is clean and great customer service. Mr. Dale was my salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about the Gaming laptop that I purchased. I was there less than 30 minutes. I will most definitely go back in the future to purchase again.

I never thought buying furniture would be so much like dealing with a car dealership. First, the price for the bedroom set I purchased (Avery Queen 3 piece plus nightstand) was displayed at a lower price than their “system” listed it at. So, I paid $20 more than their in-store, advertised price, because they “graciously” gave me a discount. Granted, that discount took half an hour to process. Then, they failed to go over the details in the invoice. Did you know that they charge over $200 dollars for insurance on the property, but that your homeowners or renters insurance will cover that? I have renters insurance. At no time before signing was I advised that I could save myself that money. I was told a lie after signing, that they would adjust the contract and remove that charge once I provided proof of insurance. I provided proof. Charge stands. So, buyer beware! They’re as shady as the dealership.
