I had the worst experience ever in my life the store messed up on my order in than lied about the order in my appliances was not putt in right left my house dirty In didn’t fix the problem they have people working in there just to get sales in if you run into the girl name Ms Keisha don’t listen to her because she isn’t a woman of her word she a counterfeit just for sale she been taking other people sales just to benefit her I will never go to that store again to buy anything so be careful who you deal with inside that store

Crystal was absolutely gold. We were in and out in 30 minutes. In the past I had not been a big fan of Conns but because of Crystal, I'll definitely be back.

Keisha was amazing. Understood what I was looking for and worked within my budget so that I didn’t have to come back. It was such a quick, easy and comfortable experience. From applying a soft check that didn’t affect my credit. A quick check that took seconds to confirm me for an amount and it was smooth sailings all the way through. It was amazing. Please visit the location. From the time I walked through the door she made me feel welcome. Even the other staff when I stepped out for a moment made sure I found her and was quickly taken cared of. Got my product purchased with finance and delivery is confirmed for tomorrow AM!!!!! How lucky am I to have walked into this branch at the right time.

Excellent customer service!!! My fridge went out, so I went to Conn's for a new one. I was in and out under 40 minutes. I recommend this location.

The process is slow and all the staff is waiting for people to walk in the door; commission sale was openly noted. I had an issue with Conn's previously so they sent a $100.00 gift card. Nothing in the store is under $100.00. The gift card expires in April 2022 it was issued February 2022. That was an compensation for the error by their sales guy and manager. Also no where does it say to register the gift card. I will be so excited to pay them off! I will not shop there in the future and in my opinion there are not the best deals in Houston TX.
