Gave Conn’s 5 stars because in person they were awesome. This is now turning into a nightmare. Changing to 1. Thought I had ordered through a sales clerk after two weeks of texting. Not the case. I took a day off work to receive my appliances. Found out I had to go into the store. I went in Saturday and delivered the washer and dryer today. I specifically asked for steam on my appliances when purchasing. The delivery team was awesome. The dryer didn’t come with steam. My husband said that’s not what she wanted to the delivery team. They said if you have a problem call the store he was never told to decline the delivery. I call and they tell me a 15% restocking fee for their mix up. Not what I wanted and a second day off of work. Now I have to go back into the store again and only refunded the restocking fee that we were NEVER told about! That’s all they are doing. Apparently what I want is $400 more per appliance and will cost me a 3rd day off of work. Amanda was super sweet but Rudy, you need to do more or I’m walking.

They have some really great looking appliances and good looking furniture, being that's scratch and dent. They had a manager special on dining room table They were all $199 without the chairs.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing Refrigerator from Conns . The manager Chuy was very kind and the salesman Tarek was awesome. I have been to several conns but I’ve never experienced genuine, people like the employees at Conns Northline. Thanks Chuy and Tarek

What can I say about Conn's Home Plus I've always had a Great experience with this company that is the reason I always come back. Sales people are good this time Mr. Edgar Urrego was a jewel he is the Cats Meow as the old people said long time ago so I don't know about y'all but I'm Hooked.
