Ordered amd Purchased brand new 2022 Bronco. 3 weeks of owning and 1200 miles later blowout, no biggie. Issue comes when trying to change flat tire and only able to get 5 out of the 6 lug nuts off. Wheel stud is damaged possibly cross threaded upon assembly or over torqued. Brought the vehicle back to the service center thinking this is a warranty related issue and would be covered. Service tech checked it out, tried 2 different lug nuts and realized it would not go on the wheel stud due to the bunched threads. I called Ford warranty, explained the situation, they assured me it would be covered under the 3/36 warranty and they had spoken to the Service Manager. I try again, this time going to see the Service manager Directly. Explained and showed him the issue at hand. He claims he was going to get in contact with Ford and get this taken care of through some "GoodWill Act" and he would get back to me. Still no word from him. Long story short, upon arrival they will do everything and welcome you to the "Ford Family" but as soon as issues come up its 3 blind mice and lack of communication. I was wrong to think they would warranty a $3 dollar Wheel stud and stick to their words. ~Jay

This is the best location ever! I highly recommend coming into this store and purchasing your car or truck batteries from them! They have great warranties included in the price of their batteries and they have sizes that are hard to find elsewhere in the surrounding Houston and Katy area. Today I went to ask for the key to remove the spare tire. The salesman said it was the key to the truck, then he tried to kick me out of the store (he didn't want to serve me), then he told me to leave the store because he wanted to hit me outside the store. Definitely the worst service I have ever experienced. After buying more than 4 trucks in that place I think they should treat their customers better. if you want to be treated like trash come to this store. note. the manager came out and was very kind but the damage was already done ~Emiliano

Terrell at the counter is good people, helping you with humor, Mario the lead Mechanic, he's a throwback to the age where men were Alpha. (Yet he tells me how his wife is in charge!) Lol... Great group of guys, but I'm sure you folks reading this wanna know can the fix cars. Well hell yeah, and they do a great job. ~Illya

So my bro ordered a sausage and green pepper pizza and this looks like a cheese pizza and someone accidentally put a few pieces of sausage on it. I know there’s a shortage but to pay 15.69 for a 12” pizza and it looks like this? Id rather we get a refund on this order cause this not cool ~Keenen
