My experience with AutoNation Ford Katy was a nightmare! I brought my truck in on 9/9 and clearly communicated what issues I was having with my recently purchased truck from Autonation BMW North on 8/25. My gas tank wouldn't fill and I heard a rattling sound under the truck bed upon cold starts. My service rep informed me that it would be 2-3 days to perform the diagnosis. That Monday I received a random text message with video from the technician addressing a rattling noise they found inside the truck which wasn't an issue. I didn't hear from my service rep until 9/15 with additional questions concerning the gas tank issue which I clearly explained. I explained the issue again and was told that the technician knew how to repair and they would make the warranty request but I didn't hear from my rep for a couple of days. I got fed up with the lack of communication so I visited the dealership on 9/17 to get an update but my rep was not there and other reps couldn't really provide me with valid information. My technician was not there on 9/19 so there was multiple days lost due to them being out. By 9/22, I was frustrated so I called a manager who promised to look into it and call me back which he didn't do. I received a call from another service rep who informed me that the warranty wouldn't cover the cost of the repairs but we eventually found that the warranty request was made to the wrong company. The next day, my original service rep made the claim with the correct company and it was approved with a $500 deductible with a 24 hours window to wait on the part. The repairs were performed finished 9/23 - 9/26 and I was able to pick up the truck. My truck had flood lights in the back and I noticed that one of the wires had been pulled apart but I would rather fix this myself than to take it back here for another week! With that said, my sales rep was not communicating or prioritizing my vehicle considering the amount of time it spend there. When he or the tech was off of work, repairs were stalled. They were not efficient at all. At no point was I offered a loaner vehicle for the inconvenience but I'm thankful I had a separate vehicle to drive. Don't take your vehicle here for repairs unless you plan to be without it for at least a week and a half!

Ordered amd Purchased brand new 2022 Bronco. 3 weeks of owning and 1200 miles later blowout, no biggie. Issue comes when trying to change flat tire and only able to get 5 out of the 6 lug nuts off. Wheel stud is damaged possibly cross threaded upon assembly or over torqued. Brought the vehicle back to the service center thinking this is a warranty related issue and would be covered. Service tech checked it out, tried 2 different lug nuts and realized it would not go on the wheel stud due to the bunched threads. I called Ford warranty, explained the situation, they assured me it would be covered under the 3/36 warranty and they had spoken to the Service Manager. I try again, this time going to see the Service manager Directly. Explained and showed him the issue at hand. He claims he was going to get in contact with Ford and get this taken care of through some "GoodWill Act" and he would get back to me. Still no word from him. Long story short, upon arrival they will do everything and welcome you to the "Ford Family" but as soon as issues come up its 3 blind mice and lack of communication. I was wrong to think they would warranty a $3 dollar Wheel stud and stick to their words.

Get my Shelby service for first time oil change here. Been going here to do oil change for my Raptor for years and service reps is friendly and helpful but this time is totally different story. I guess Service Reps having bad day. I won’t giving his name but hopefully he will change his attitude to future customers. FYI: Oil change will take 3 hours even you have early appointment so think about it before going here and make oil change. They were much faster before but do not know what happened to make them work in slow-mode like this (heat maybe) You have lost your loyalty customer Auto Nation Ford Katy. Nice day !!! My wife took her vehicle in over a week ago. Needed a window worked on and radio fixed. She was told on Tues. that the window was being worked on and they were waiting on a part for the radio that would take two days to get. She called on Friday and left a message. No call back. She called back later. Same story. She called on Saturday. Same story. We drove to the service center to see if anything had been done. Found out the parts were in but the tech wasn't. Would have been fine in taking the vehicle and bringing it back later.....but they hadn't worked on it at all. Now this morning we find out the tech isn't in again....so no idea when it will be worked on. My wife is an independent contractor who has to drive a lot. She now has to cancel appointments because of this. Communication is a very powerful tool for a business. This wouldn't be quite as bad if they would only tell you what was going on. Will wait this one out....but NEVER come back again. Now magically, the parts have just arrived. Even though we were told they had come in last Friday......but atleast someone is communicating something. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Absolutely pathetic and unacceptable. On June 9, 2022, I arrived at the service center at 6:45 am and was the fourth person in line. They promptly opened at 7 am and I was the fourth person approached as per arrival time. All I needed was an oil change in my truck. Brandan Diaz took my information and assigned me Service Number 5087. He asked if I was going to wait on my truck. I advised that my wife would pick me up but I would need my truck back by 10:30 am to take my daughter to a doctor's appointment. I was assured that would be no problem and he told me they would call as soon as it was completed. When 10 am approached I had not received a call and called and left a message for Mr. Diaz asking if my truck was ready assuming he just forgot to call. He didn't call back and when I arrived at 10:40 he told me they hadn't even started on my truck. They had it for 3 hours and 40 minutes and couldn't manage to change the oil. Good thing I didn't stay there and wait for it. Now I am having to pull a 22,000 pound trailer that I left with yesterday after lunch and will be pulling all weekend, while my oil needs to be changed. AutoNation better hope my engine doesn't suffer damage.

Got my car towed here almost a month ago May 23 2022 , service guy tells me that they started on the car the first couple days and that they getting parts I asked a about rental car for my son since he’s in collage and needs transportation. Come to find out he the service advisor lied, they never started on the car. No claim was ever started and sent into ford for approval, because I do have the ford extra care warranty. I showed up jun 16th to check and see what’s going the advisor had just submitted the request to ford the day before he showed back and forth messages between him and ford stating that it was on hold for parts so I contacted ford warranty and they tell they are waiting on the service advisor to give them more info on what’s needed. So I contacted the service advisor again he stated he had to get with technician and get the information that’s needed for parts. So I contact him again and he tells me everything is approved and they checking to see what parts they have in stock. Fast forward to today Jun 22 almost a month of my car being here I stopped in to see what’s happening the service advisor tells me they started working on the car so I asked to see my car he says he can’t it’s at the main shop so I said take me to the main shop I wanna see my car he says I can’t there are no customers allowed. I’m tired and frustrated I will not ever recommend this dealership for anything. Services: Transmission, Transmission repair

Came in for scheduled oil change. After an hour and 45 minute wait got up and told service advisor never mind I’ll come back. He says wait a few more minutes they are working on it, we’ll bring it around. I waited another freakin’ hour and finally done. Then he says he gave me a discount. Got home and realized he charged me $20 more than I paid last time! And let me not forget tires were all different psi levels, and the oil meter wasn’t reset. Un f&$!&@? believable 😡 Service: Oil change

I purchased a used/new car for me. I love my Jeep Renegade 2017. The process was 1,000 times simplified then when I purchased my Toyota in 2012. I went on line looked at the type and make of the car with the price tag visible. Set up my appointment to come see and test drive. Unfortunately, something came up so I had to reschedule the appointment. Again an easy process. Then I did a pre-app, so far baby steps. Get to the store and what made this even better was the fantastic, professional salesperson. Brayson Longman was so kind and upfront. I know there are many that we don't see or work with, that put the numbers together and so on.......to them "Thank you". I was super impressed with him. We talked, we laughed and we made a deal. What I recommend to you, if you are looking for a new vehicle go see Brayson. He's honest and sincere. Then I had to go to the F&I office, here is the final part of the deal.......Imad Amarir. Sign, sign, sign and I'm out. I knew prior to going into the office what my total was, what my payments where and so on......this man was super nice. What I loved the most was you knew these two honestly cared. I walked away with what I wanted and I am thrilled that I made the best deal with the best people. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PERSONAL STUFF TO GET STOLEN!!!!! Whoever “repaired” our truck went through it, left a mess while at it and stole jewelry( yes we had just gone to the jewelry store to get a necklace repaired before dropping our f150 off) might be our mistake for leaving it there but we went to get our oil leak fixed not for them to go through our stuff and the get off by saying we signed off and they aren’t liable for any missing items. Horrible service the leak didn’t even get repaired. If I could give negative stars I would. Just HORRIBLE!!

The service at this Automation is average at best. I had purchased an Autonation battery with lifetime warranty that needed to be replaced after close to 4 years. 2 1/2 hour wait to get a new battery, which is not really an issue, but sounds a little excessive. The service advisors are ok, but my biggest complaint is the technicians. Typically, the technicians at other service center take precautions to avoid getting your car dirty. In my case, the car mat on the driver side was full of grease and dirt with a strong grease smell. The sole bright spot at this Autonation is the car porter who was quick to greet the customers. Do yourself a favor and just go to a different Ford or Autonation for service. Service: Battery
