Took me right to a coinstar kiosk but apparently there is another company called coinstar that will offer cash for gift cards. This was not the one. ~izzy

The employees behind the counter have not been properly trained. They lack communication skills and proper work ethic, Extremely unprofessional and they TRY very hard to up charge you. Also, there is no manager or supervisor on site that could help their incompetent employees. Wasted 4 hours at this location. ~Mia

They don't know customer service here. Had to pull helpfulness out of lady E and Manager. Other lady associate was not personable either, just trying to make a quick sale. No one here is customer oriented; will not be returning to this store. ~Felicia

For the time we’ve had our storage unit here, Tracy has always gone above and beyond to help us with any questions we have. I’ve even pocket dialed her and she called me back just to make sure everything was okay. She didn’t have to do that, so that was very nice of her. Unit itself was clean and never had any trouble, price was competitive, no reason not to use this location. ~Spencer

This location is great! When I go to pick up a package, more times than not they greet me by name (sometimes first name other times by the last name) and immediately go and search for my package! KUDOS to the employees there! ~Edwin

OMG, I cannot say enough on how super super great these flowers are. The quality of the roses I have NEVER seen before. They are so much more than I would have ever thought. and I ordered at 9am and they came to our office by 2:45pm. Now however, we are around the corner from this shop. ~Tracy
