This location is great! When I go to pick up a package, more times than not they greet me by name (sometimes first name other times by the last name) and immediately go and search for my package! KUDOS to the employees there!

Since it seems like the owner does reply to every review then I would like to ask a question. Why does your store charge for boxing and packaging Amazon returns? Even on the UPS website, it states "Through the Group Ship® program, a The UPS Store client can direct its customers to bring eligible return items to The UPS Store locations without a box or label and The UPS Store will process, pack, and ship the items to a designated location." So why are y'all charging? My wife returned an Amazon package at your location and had to pay $15 for a box and packaging. Amazon clearly states that no box or label is required. You're losing customer for your greed. Never coming back and I live right down the street.

It’s rare to find excellent customer service anywhere anymore so when I have a great experience, I make sure to let others know. The evening of 1/21/22, Tiana at the UPS Store store 3315 was amazing. I ran into an issue with a shipping label. She could have easily sent me on my way, telling me to come back when I figure out the issue. Frankly, that was my expectation. I assumed I’d have to go home and deal with shipping the package another time. She didn’t do that. She worked with me on the problem and ultimately she figured it out. I really appreciate the help and am thankful I don’t have to make a second trip. Although, I’d gladly do so, if Tiana were helping!

I have had so many issues with this store including a stereo they packed for me arriving in Kentucky with all the buttons destroyed on it. Because of a family situation I was not even able to take pictures on that so a package that I paid $60 for got there and was totally ruined. This time I thought it was going to be simple I had an Amazon return and walked in their store both people that were supposed to be helping me sitting there with her arms crossed as they said they’re on their phones leaning against perspective Furniture telling me that I needed to print out the label which may or may not be true but I’ve never had to print out out a label coming in there before and they could care less they did not want to help they did not have answers for everything anything they just sat there and stared at me and told me if I wanted to print a label I had to use their three dollar rental computer standing behind me. Never again. They clearly were not interested in working they were on their phones.

I took in two packages. The clerks typed the first address wrong and it was lost for going on 9 days now ($35 shipping). The second envelope, he weighed and charged me. A week later my envelope comes back to my house with insufficient postage. If you have mission critical work, or really any desire to see your package reach their destination, DON'T give this UPS Store your business.

Worst in store experience I have had. Not only were errors made multiple times that I had to keep asking her to fix (we paid to insure one of our boxes and gave her the itemized list of what was in there as she had asked for; and when completing the purchase she only had listed one thing and it wasn’t even what we were insuring extra money toward. I asked multiple times for her to fix it and she said it was fixed. I get the receipt and nope, it’s still not there.) We finished checking out and as we were getting back home, the girl at the counter calls us and says she undercharged us and they won’t ship our items until we come back and pay the $45 difference. We had already paid hundreds to ship this stuff, but I get it that she doesn’t make the rules. I still don’t understand how her error resulted in our things being delayed until we could drive all the way back. We turn around and go all the way back to pay. She couldn’t even figure out what the difference was and I had to pull out my phone calculator to help her as she was trying to write the math out on a note pad of what we had to pay... I noticed that she had not marked them fragile as she promised, she said she was going to right then and to zip tie the zippers on our luggage we were shipping shut. I was told numerous times she was about to do this. I should have stayed behind and waited to WATCH her do this, but I thought asking three or more times was enough. Our luggage arrived at the destination and not only were multiple zippers NOT zip tied, but not a single bag was marked fragile. Luckily we had wrapped up the technology and glass inside well enough that it did not damage, but one of our suitcases was severely dented and was obvious it had been thrown. I would never go back to this store. As I left I had a terrible feeling that our items would not arrive at all or be ruined because of how clueless this employee was.

I usually bring my Amazon returns and on occasion my own shipments and I must say the staff here is the friendliest and most professional out of all UPS stores I've been too. Please keep it up and don't ever get discouraged. Customers appreciate your service and dedication!

On May 3rd, I took an antique clock into the store to have it packaged and shipped. James looked a little scared when he saw it. I teased him that my great grandpa would haunt him if it didnt arrive safely. He went above and beyond to package it. It arrived in perfect condition. He watched the tracking number and when he saw that it had been delivered, he called me to make sure it arrived safely. I've only used your store a few times, but each time all your employees have been great. I just wanted to give James and the rest of your employees a BIG SHOUT OUT!!
