The Massage Envy front desk team is amazing. They make you feel welcome! The teams customer service is impeccable! Jessie is an amazing massage therapist. He is very professional! He is very in tune with the body and know where the pressure points are located. I highly recommend him without any reservations. I walk away each time from my massage relaxed and feeling 100 percent better! I honestly would schedule an appointment with him every week if his calendar was open. I have had chronic back problems for years. My former massage therapist retired. I have looked extensively for a new one. I am extremely grateful I found Massage Envy and Jessie. Thank you! ~sherry

Apparently, hand tossed pizzas are now thinner than thin and crispy pizzas. GM unwilling to speak to customer or credit for a large pizza for another day bc points were used. Mind you, all 300 points were collected at this location. Remake not an option as pizza was needed asap for young children. Poor customer service. Service will be taken elsewhere. ~Ms

Full disclaimer: we totally understand that it’s hot and the custard will melt… that’s not the issue…. Only one item out of four was correct, although it tipped over and spilt half of it in the drink carrier(see picture). One item was missing all together, one item was missing half the toppings and the other item was missing 4 toppings and came as plain vanilla custard… people want to make $15 an hour but can’t get this right. Not sure if it’s lack of staff or just not taking the time to ensure quality control but the Freddy’s I know isn’t like this… please do better. ~Brian

I LOVED that the children’s play area is open again. I have been checking for the last year periodically and I found this location does have an open play area. What disturbed me though and frustrated me was the lack of thought when it came to the visibility into the play area. As a mother, no matter how safe they may seem to be I want to make SURE that my kids are safe by having my eyes on them. I have included a picture of the ridiculous amount of stuff blocking my view of my children. Why have windows??? I was that chic pushing the garbage cans a little to the left so that I can have a sliver of visibility to my children. AND THEN! The workers put the high chairs right there!!!!!!!!! C’mon! There must be some policy about obstructing view? I am sorry to be that Karen but they must move that junk if I’m going to return with my kids. ~Tasha

picked up six 1 gal. cans of paint in Schertz, Tx. got home to West Texas. 3 cans dented badly. one had a hole in it and leaking paint. why didn't I notice it before I left the store? they put the paint in cardboard boxes. with the one that had a hole on the bottom. good thing I unloaded this very expensive paint before the one can dried and the other completely leaked out. ~Patriot
