WAAFAA is the BEST! We were on the fence about purchasing a Peloton but once we stepped foot in the store she was so helpful and sweet she sold us with her great customer service skills. There are other sales associates in there but I think their butts are glued to the stools. We were very lucky to have gotten her help or we wouldn't be leaving with a Peloton today. If you decide to go into the store be sure to ask for WAAFAA, you will not regret it!! ~Nicole

Amazing experience. Went for our anniversary and everything was spot on. Rather loud seat neighbors, but they were tuned out. Was seated fast as we had reservations. Celebratory tinsel sprinkled on the table. Excellent waitress. Food was great. Ordered my first tomahawk steak, wife had surf and turf also had crab stuffed mushrooms, & lobster Mac and cheese. Shari Mead, the manager, was fantastic in helping us. She was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. We appreciate all her assistance. We purchased two mattresses and we love them but not as much as our dog who we have determined has a sleep number of 55. ~David

We held a big march in DC. On Thursday, our co-organizer spoke at length to the stores and reserved 4 megaphones. The store would not take the card over the phone. The next day, when we arrived in DC, the person we spoke to was extremely rude and sent a rude email as well and said she had all the info but we did not put the last 4 numbers of our credit card on the form. We asked for a couple of hours to go back to hotel to a fax machine. We sent in the information as requested. She gleefully informed us the megaphones had already been rented to someone else. Left us the day before having to scour the greater DC area for our march. Worst customer service I have ever had. ~Amy

Eravos is a great choice for people who want a customized ring and are not interested in ready-made options. Because my husband and I had envisioned a very particular ring (princess cut, with diamonds around; for both engagement and wedding band), we were having trouble locating that in big chains. My husband designed the ring and Ashish (Eravos' owner) was very accommodating to his multiple requests. His client service was outstanding including delivering the engagement at a short notice and at our home in DC. Also, Eravos' inventory of diamonds was excellent, which again is an important feature for picky buyers like us who wanted an ideal center stone and understand what we were purchasing. We also bought my husband's wedding band there, also custom-made through Eravos' partnership with Lashbrooks. We've gotten many compliments on both of our rings and are very happy. ~Liliana

Stopped in to grab some clothes for my boys, as always, I found MORE than I needed. Great selection in toddler boys and I found a few $1.99 graphic shirts for them as well. Only 1 negative - I was charged multiple times for a few items but I caught it before I left and they quickly fixed it. ~Ciara

Ali was so helpful. He helped us get mattresses for both King and Queen beds and answered all of our questions. There are 0% financing deals (for 24 months) that you can take advantage of and Ali let us know of our financing options along and gave us the July 4 discounts. We bought the mattresses with 10 year warranty and are covered for any spills, accidental damages, etc. We absolutely recommend this store for the mattress selections they carry and the customer service! ~Bethia

I love how Tysons now has a cookie dough stand ever since the Nestle cookie place closed down. I finally tried their cookie dough! They provide free samples. I tried the funfetti and loved it! I have tried better cookie dough before, but this is still GOOD cookie dough! I totally recommend 🍪😋. Also the one scoop is enough for two people to share! It is located downstairs close to Spencer's. ~Leslie
