Purchasing my mattress was a very positive experience! Robert was informative, kind and professional. He really took the time to help me pick the best mattress and box spring to suite my needs physically and financially. I went to this location based on reviews- and they didn’t let me down. Very relaxing experience buying a mattress from Jack at Mattress Firm. He was very knowledgeable about the different brands and selections, able to identify strengths and weaknesses of each model mattress. He gave us space to try each one, wasn’t pushy or over nearing, and helped us talk through our preferences, needs and desires.
