We were only window shopping at 8:30pm on a Friday night, but Husam was so helpful, we bought a brand new bed on the spot! Husam was lovely, giving us insider tips, making everything as economical as possible, all while laughing and chatting away with us like old friends. His knowledge, listening skills and customer service are unmatched. We live in Frederick, MD, but will be going to Husam out in Tysons any time we need a new mattress!

I had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm. My sales person, Robert, was great. He listened to what I was looking for in a mattress and had lots of information on what would be best for me. I tried several different mattresses and picked one that I’m sure I’ll be happy with. It was a very relaxing experience and I could’ve stayed there all day laying on all the super comfy beds. I highly recommend.

I was wheeled in by my daughter and was immediately greeted by a big smile and friendly greeter. I explained what I was looking for and he directed me to exactly what I wanted. I laid down and I was in Heaven. I felt the other beds but the I laid in I knew immediately that this was the one.

❤️I am blown away by the customer service that I received at Mattress Firm. I worked with Robert and the moment I walked into the store I felt comfortable. I have some injuries I am recovering from and recently my bed has been hurting my back. Robert truly cared about my concerns and was patient with me as I tried every bed in the store. He even let me pull a bed down on top of 5 other mattress to try it out on the floor. Of course that was the bed I bought. 😆 He gave me the best deal possible. I highly recommend this store and ask for Robert the assistant manager. 🙌

Rachael is an absolute delight! You will learn very quickly how knowledgeable she is on all their products. She was able to reference metrics and specs on various items off the top of her head. She wasn’t rehearsed and cookie cuter with us/ our options and in answering questions. She is thoughtful and passionate about a comfortable nights sleep. We had a seamless, successful purchase with Rachael and I would recommended her great customer service again and again!
