This was one of the Best! customer service i had ever experience in a very long time, my family and i went to mattress firm located in Vienna VA, as soon as we get inside, we were greeted by Lawrence, one of the sleep experts, he was very kind, very patient with us, he did everything he could to give us the best mattress at the best price for us. And he definitely succeed. We had been looking for a mattress for a very while at so many places and also online but not succeeding. Until today at this location with Mr. Lawrence. The whole buying experience was smooth and fast. If i could give him more then 5 stars for his service I’ll definitely would. Above and beyond. Very relaxing experience buying a mattress from Jack at Mattress Firm. Went to another mattress store first and after an hour of sales pitches and having to agree to terms that I didn’t want to have to agree to just to get a mattress, I left and went to Mattress Firm in Vienna. Jack/Bharat was such a breath of fresh air. He helped me, showed me what I asked to see, answered my questions, and clearly stated the current sale. He didn’t give me any gimmicks or pitches or force me into having to do something I didn’t want to do. He was respectful and kind and patient. This was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a mattress or anything else really. Was super easy and stress free. Amazing customer service! Bharat is an amazing customer service person who spent over an hour with us finding the perfect mattress, frame, sheets, and pillows all for an amazing price. We seriously don’t know what we would’ve done without him today as we’ve been traveling for days and just wanted a comfy place to sleep. 10/10 recommend. He should get a raise!
