Very relaxing experience buying a mattress from Jack at Mattress Firm. He was very knowledgeable about the different brands and selections, able to identify strengths and weaknesses of each model mattress. He gave us space to try each one, wasn’t pushy or over nearing, and helped us talk through our preferences, needs and desires. We were pleasantly surprised how easy it was; our past experiences with purchasing mattresses have not been this painless. Most highly recommended. ~Tim

Nathaniel is a wealth of knowledge and went out of his way to help me understand what I should look for in a bed. Let's be honest, buying such a big purchase with so many options can be overwhelming.
