Purchasing my mattress was a very positive experience! Robert was informative, kind and professional. He really took the time to help me pick the best mattress and box spring to suite my needs physically and financially. I went to this location based on reviews- and they didn’t let me down. Very relaxing experience buying a mattress from Jack at Mattress Firm. He was very knowledgeable about the different brands and selections, able to identify strengths and weaknesses of each model mattress. He gave us space to try each one, wasn’t pushy or over nearing, and helped us talk through our preferences, needs and desires. Nathaniel is a wealth of knowledge and went out of his way to help me understand what I should look for in a bed. Let's be honest, buying such a big purchase with so many options can be overwhelming. There was no pressure to leave the store with a purchase - I was able to take my time, research, and think it over. In the end we are so happy we found this store and we love our new mattress set.
