Saddest store I tried to deal with. I get on the phone for hours with a solution as they didn't do their job or didn't know what to do to take my money. They kept sending me to corporate. Like really?

In March my phone stopped working. Bought the catS62. Had nothin but problems with this phone. Come to find out I was sold a demo phone at retail price. So I'm waiting for store manager to call me once they verify it was a demo phone I was sold. After they verify this they say I'll be able come in and swap out phones for another catS62. So if you go this store do not let Courtney wait on you. She sold me the demo phone.

I have been with US Cellular for 25 years and have never been LIED to. I went to Community Cellular and added my granddaughter to our plan about a year and a half ago. They talked me into purchasing the expensive screen saver for her new phone because "if the screen gets cracked we can just bring it into the store and it would be replaced". Excellent, sounds perfect. Yesterday I took my granddaughter's phone into the store and I am told that the program doesn't work like that. I need to contact CellHelmet and put in a claim (just need to replace the screensaver). Since I was never told that I would have to submit an online claim, save my receipt AND register the product (which was about $35) I cannot submit the claim. Oh, they don't have my receipt at the store. I traded in my phone a month later and was talked into getting one for my phone as well, as before was told I could just bring my phone into the store for a new screensaver. I am NOT the only one they have outright LIED to about this product. There are many people. This WILL continue and I WILL keep on submitting complaints until this issue is resolved. I want my money returned ($70) OR the PROMISE that my screen savers would be replaced in the store for the LIFE OF MY PHONE.

Crappy phone's. Terrible warranty. I had to send in my old phone before they would send a replacement. Then the replacement wouldn't even turn on. Third try sucked too. This place is a joke. They can't keep good help. Smart people seem to leave this office.

5 star at being very rude .and not wanting to sell a phone ...wouldnt get up off his ass and try to be a salesman and sell phones money was no object i was gonna buy the 800.00 galaxy. But he just was not into selling us a phone ..told me to go to walmart.....very very rude ......

The sales rep was a complete jerk, and lied to me, stating my phone (a new t-mobile Note 5) was not eligible for a trade in. Once I became frustrated and told him "fine, I'll go to the branch in Skowhegan", he came back with "yeah, go visit the one in skowhegan". I am very disappointed in this I feel others should know to avoid the newport us-cellular.

Have to say that they have probably by far the worst over the phone service I have ever seen. I called and got put on hold for half an hour which then seemed like I was disconnected by the worker. Now I have been calling for an hour trying to get someone and no one is answering even thought the store is open for another 3 hours. It is really discouraging...
