Worst customer service ever. I brought in few Amazon returns, and an Asian looking guy who said his name was Jason (he wasn't wearing a badge) was very rude to me. One of my returns required a box, and that was a small thing, so I asked him for a plastic UPS envelope. He said it's going to be a dollar. I asked him how come UPS is delivering these envelopes to my house in bulks for free every so often (I'm a notary, and send out documentation in them). And now it's a dollar. He said that if I keep complaining, he'll take a next person in line. How "nice" of him. Awful experience, and awful associate, who doesn't belong to customer service.

Jason was very helpful when a package recently went astray. He noticed the problem, opened an investigation immediately and called me twice unprompted to update me. The package ultimately showed up but I was impressed that at this busy time of year he took the time to give this his attention and follow it through

Owner (Jason) and staff discriminate! They happily assisted an unmasked white woman for quite some time right before myself and my spouse who were also unmasked. When we reached the counter we were hassled and told we couldn’t be serviced without a mask. We are of mixed and African American race. Jason even threatened to call the police on us because we pointed out the fact and asked why the woman before us was allowed to be serviced. One of the counter staff tried stating the woman before us was elderly in which she wasn’t; she was at best within ten years of my age and I’m in my 40’s and she appeared to be very healthy and in shape. Regardless of age and any other factor, if the policy is to be masked, then ALL patrons MUST be masked. The fact of the matter is that all three of you DISCRIMINATED whether it be due to race, age, etc. and you did NOT uphold your “policy” to ALL patrons. In the end, they absolutely refused to service us as they did the unmasked woman and we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere to avoid having Jason call the police on us.

Amazing customer service and care for the community. I was there today with some Amazon returns and a QR code that includes packaging when I realized one of the items I was returning was not included in the free packaging return. They told me not to worry and that they would take care of it. It's those little things that count. It is so wonderful to see care and concern for others during a time when there is no much negative going on in this country. Friendly, efficient and excellent customer service. KUDOS to the UPS Store in Clarksville.

I’ve been a customer here for over seven years now. They go out of their way to assist me. Recently I received some large crates. They took the time to help me open them and remove the contents so that I can transport it home in my car. They are always friendly and professional. I’ve had another UPS open up very close to my home a few years ago, however, I won’t change. I feel like they really care here, and that’s hard to come by these days.

I’ve been going to this store for the past five years. I ship items all over the country and around the world. I’ve always received excellent service and have always been treated extremely well. I’ve had bad experiences at other shipping stores, but have always had excellent service at the UPS store in Clarkesville, Maryland. Highly recommend.

Went in to pick up a flat rate box and was told they didn't carry them and I'd have to buy a box instead. Left buying nothing, and took my business to the UPS store in Wilde Lake (only a few minutes away). They were happy to supply me with a flat rate box for free, and when I returned with it filled, checked prices to find the best rate, and even re purposed it so I would pay less. Plus, they don't require you to spend a minimum amount to use your credit card like this place does. I now avoid this location completely. Also, in my experience the customer service can be rude and dismissive - not unlike the owner's tone to the last person who posted.
