I have been going to this jiffy lube for years, . My last visit was a oil change. This location didn’t put enough oil in my car I had 2000 miles to go and my oil level was empty the workers said we Need to level your oil by putting more synthetic oil in but the MANAGER of this location came to me and said he wanted me to pay for the oil that they made a mistake and didn’t put enough in . I went to them under my miles so why should I have to pay?. They care nothing about my car !!! I reach out to the corporate and they sent my complaint to the owner of that location Clinton. No response from OWNER!!!! Stay away!!! Service: Oil change

This particular Jiffy Lube is the worst, customer beware! They were so negligent in changing the oil in my daughter's vehicle that it caught fire 🔥 and burned completely up. They won't take responsibility for it but the insurance company has determined that the fire was due to the negligence of Jiffy Lube. They literally had performed an oil change on her vehicle the day before and the next morning there was not a drop of oil in her car. It was all in her parking space! Yet they have no idea how this happened. Please be careful, don't take your car there!! Service: Oil change

Let me tell y’all! The Clinton Jiffy Lube on Coventry Way has their stuff together!!! They have been consistently 5 stars since I switched to this location three oil changes ago. Let me tell you what sets them apart: First, it’s NOT like their old reputation. Jiffy Lube is doing the right thing. -the guys greet you by name when you pull up -the guys are pleasant and explain everything. -the guys do not skip included services like washing your windows and what have you. -the guys are quick and efficient and never using cell phone or speaking inappropriately. -they make pertinent recommendations are are never pushy. -their staffing is adequate and every time I come there is NO wait. -the shop in Clinton is well run and I am impressed! (And I have plenty of oil changes under my belt) Services: Oil change, Air & cabin filter replacement

Came in midday on a Wednesday. It was very busy but they managed to get my oil change service done within 90 mins. The mechanics were very knowledgeable and they were not pushy about getting other recommended services they simply made you aware. They allow you to wait inside or in your vehicle. They also have complimentary coffee. While waiting in my vehicle during my oil change I observed a few customers that were agitated because of the wait and probably the outside heat However the staff still remained professional and continued to work diligently on the vehicles that were already being serviced. Quality service and fairly quick. They have two bays which can hold about two large SUVs each and one that holds sedans. If you wait a long time, they wipe your mirrors and windows free of charge. This is customer service!!!!

I am disappointed in JiffyLube in Clinton, Maryland. They claim they couldn't open up the of my truck and claimed the plug on the oil pan was tight and was stripped and they couldnt change the oil. They suggest I go to Mr. Tire or Meinke to have them fix the issues since JiffyLube doesn't have the proper tools. Well, I have a male friend to offer to do the oil change for me. My male friend checked the hood issue and he had no problem opening up the hood of my Ford Explorer. My friend also told me he had no problem doing the oil change. The plug on the oil pan was NOT stripped at all. I seriously believe the employees at JiffyLube in Clinton, Maryland need to be RETRAINED on how to open the hood on an SUV and how to change the oil. It was my first time going to JiffyLube in Clinton, Maryland. I will never go there in the future.

I have to say that this place is awesome. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I came here for an oil change and was shocked at how fast did it. We're talking maybe 15 to 20 minutes. They also put air in my tires, checked my brakes, engine, and cabin air filter. I usually wait an hour or 2 for an ill change at dealer but they had me on and out.

Needed air in a tire and couldn't find a working air machine anywhere! Popped in here and the guys were happy to help me out. I'm extremely grateful to them, they are genuinely awesome people!

Arrived to get a oil change on 11/12/21 and was back on 11/22/21 they didn't do anything that was suppose to happen with a oil change. Came back to speak with the guy Walter M. who was there that day. let him know how they didn't do there job how my dad had to put the windshield wiper fluid in also how my heat wasn't working and oil light is still on. And now my care is over heating. He was so rude when trying to explain to them how nothing was done properly but you took my money. He pop the hood and open a piece under the hood nothing but smoke coming out. It was bone dry. I will NEVER go here again there lazy and don't want to do there job. You will pay for service and wont get nothing done rite. Don't go here and the Walter M. tech should be fired for his poor customer service. They need to shut this place down. Service: Oil change
