Very knowledgeable and helpful took care of me quickly and I did not know anything about what I needed in a quality suit but he made me feel confident I was getting a good suit and at the register it was a little more than what I wanted to pay but like I said I am not knowledgeable on how much it should be but I felt great and look great would definitely go again and recommend

The staff is friendly and gives you a great first impression. Sadly, 2 months into wearing my new suit a couple times a week for work, I had stitching come apart leaving holes in three places and fraying in the liner. I brought it back and expressed my concern that the suit can't be relied on for regular wear, while they did offer to sew it all back together they wouldn't allow for return or exchange. If you do shop here at least check that the suit your buying isn’t made in China like the one I bought :( disappointing

Fantastic staff, attentive and dedicated to customer service/satisfaction. Recent clothing obtained at Igrams and altered has transformed my look. My odd proportions were no issue and everything from semi causal to formal wear top to bottom look great. Big thanks to them and for maintaining a class act speciality clothier.

Received the wrong color tie for the best man. We wanted to have the groom and best man in the same color ties. We were told by the salesman that we were "wrong" and he insisted on giving us what he felt was correct and not what we ordered/paid for. Thankfully they made it right the next day and got us the correct color tie. I was not pleased with the customer service but clothing quality was good.

Much better service than the big man's chain store. Prices were very reasonable. Definitely be using Ingram's Mens Shop from now on.

Linn is amazing! I came in to Ingrams to pick up my son's tux rental for prom. The store was very busy but Linn was extremely patient and knowledgeable and was able to help me through the pick up in a timely and professional manner. I could tell he was juggling a lot at one time, but he still took the time to converse about my day and my son while double checking that everything that was ordered was indeed in the bag for pick up. He even threw in extra cuff links because it was not noted which color was originally selected when my son was in to pick out his outfit the week before. Outstanding customer service paired with genuine care for the individual made for an amazing experience. We will definitely return to Ingrams again!!

This place was amazing; they were so helpful, and they had more options of these colors to help match your bridesmaids' dresses versus Men’s Wearhouse. The owner himself went to excellent links to find the exact color match to the dress color that I had picked and he wasn’t gonna stop telling found it and he did and I was ecstatic so I couldn’t ask for better service and better looking groomsmen in the suits that we end up choosing from them.
