Friendly and helpful staff (shout-out to Daniel!), good quality, and a nice selection of styles to pick from. We also were surprised with a sweet deal -- suit package with shirt and tie helps bring the price down well below sticker price. They do tailoring in-house, reasonably priced as well.

Thank you Tyler. A+ plus. I needed a specific pair of pants for a wedding that I am in and the online ordering said they would be there Wednesday and when I receive the confirmation email that they arrived at my house, they in fact were not there. And when I called, they said they would be arriving Friday and I am flying out Friday. I was incredibly mad and I called this Shady Grove location and although they did not have the context size as they said they did on the phone. Tyler found me a pretty close, but not exact size and was able to get them rush hemmed and he really saved the day. He’s a true professional. Very nice. Help med me out of a really bad situation. Thank you so much Tyler. I hope your manager and bosses recognize your professionalism.

The WORST!!! DO NOT RENT A TUX FROM HERE** (Edit at bottom) - Came here for a prom rental for my son. The tailor didn’t measure his waist size correctly (the easiest thing to do), nor did he have him try on the samples for fit. We came in Tuesday to pick up his tux and the pants were way too small. The tailor tried to let them out but with the adjustable tabs at max, you could see his shirt through the pockets. I asked for properly fitted pants to be sent but the manager said it wasn’t possible to get them in time for his prom this Friday. He offered a pair of black dress slacks as a substitute but I didn’t find that to be an acceptable alternative. I asked if he could use the sample pants since they fit him but the manager said “no.” He offered to refund my money but then we’d be left with no tux. If I had time, I would’ve taken the refund because I’m at extremely unhappy paying +$200 for a rental that was not fitted properly. I have two more sons and I will not be coming back to this place for a rental nor would I recommend anybody else doing so. The options are limited, basic fitting is clearly not done properly, and the lack of customer service or dedication to customer satisfaction is lacking. **Edit (Aug ‘22) - Corporate reached out and provided a resolution. I appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to assist.

The employees at this store are superb!!!!! Each fitting, rental, and purchase is always a pleasure. Staff are very helpful, personable, and do excellent work!

Post-COVID lockdowns I found myself with a wedding to attend but no suits to wear. I rushed over to Nordstrom Rack to buy a discounted pre-cut suit. BUT in true Saturday fashion the line there would have taken far too long. Due to the urgency of the wedding, I grudgingly went to Men’s Warehouse where there was no line. My previous experiences at these suit stores has always been: overpriced, long wait times for alterations, and poor customer service. I am happy to report that i had the exact opposite experience. Michael and Ahman were two suit angels who understood my needs and quickly helped me find a suit that was reasonably priced, looked great, and could be quickly altered. The seamstress put her lunch on hold so that I could make the wedding on time. I could not be happier with my experience. For my suit needs, MW will be my new first visit.

Bad customer service! I felt like I was not welcome as I stepped in the shop. I put my name on the help list and I think the manager cross it out without offering me valuable help. I also think they made assumptions based on my young age and my look without knowing that I was a potential customer. After hanging around for about 10 minutes without help (although there were no other customers waiting after me) I left and went to the Silver spring shop were I received a great customer service.

I visited Men’s Warehouse to get refitted for my wedding coming up April 9th. Daniel greeted me and helped with the process. He was professional and knowledgeable! He let me try on multiple options until we found the right fit. Needless to say, I’m ready for the big day! Ask for Daniel and he will take care of you.

My fiance and I had a much better experience shopping here for a custom suit and rentals for our wedding than another Men's Wearhouse location we recently went to. We were greeted by the manager, Michael M., and explained what we were looking to get out of our visit and why we decided to try this location vs the other. He immediately stepped in to understand our vision for our wedding, and it was clear that he had helped many other grooms through what can be a very stressful process. But Michael handled each step with ease and guided us through all selections without a hitch. To Michael, thank you again for giving us the experience we were looking for. We walked away feeling more put together and very happy with the wedding attire inspiration you've helped us put together (see photos), and we can't wait to come back to this location.

I went to this store because i needed a suit expeditiously, the nordstrom next door couldn’t make alterations in a short time. I was able to get a Pronto Uomo suit (a brand owned by men wearhouse themselves), I had never heard of that brand before but it looked nice and felt comfortable, they did the adjustments in 2 days and I am satisfied with the results. The store looks nice they have a lot of big brands names, I remember seeing Ralph Lauren and Joseph Abboud. They sell shoes and socks too.
