The manager of this store, Grayling Byrd, is the reason I shop at Comfort One. I will drive many miles out of my way, past another Comfort One store where I previously had a negative experience, to work with Grayling. He is personable and knowledgeable and clearly wants to help me find shoes that work for my difficult-to-fit feet. Many other companies will only accept returns of shoes that are worn inside, so there is no way to tell if they really fit well. Grayling encouraged me to wear them as I normally would and bring them back if they don't work. I took his advice. Alas, shoes that I loved inside the store and inside the house did not feel good after a long walk outside. I brought them back to Grayling and explained the problem. He took them back as a return as he had promised. I am now trying another shoe which he suggested based upon the experience I had with the first pair. I have high hopes for these, but know that if they don't work for me, I can bring them back. I'm so happy that I found Graying Byrd.

Sales Associate, Graylin, was very helpful and professional. He knows his craft very well and took time to make sure I had the correct fit for my foot problem and purchased right shoe. Positive experience. Highly recommend.

ZERO STARS -- there's only 1 because it's the only way the system will allow me to post a review. My mother recently purchased a pair of shoes with orthotics here. To make a long and extremely unpleasant story short, the original salesman was very helpful and assured her she could wear the shoes out to the car and still return them. The shoes were worn walking to the car from the store, then the car to the house. Afterwards, she wore them only in the house a couple of times and they were painful. Today she went to return them and the young salesman IMMEDIATELY copped an attitude, repeatedly told her she was being dishonest about the shoes, accused her of disrespecting him, and threw my parents & another family member out of the store and called the police on them. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE.

I had a pair on Dan Post cowboy boots that I had worn the soles and heels out. The shop had them replaced like new with a few days. The price was fair and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this shop for shoe repairs. They know what they are doing.

I contacted Shoes 4 Comfort via email to send me options and Raffi the manager personally hand delivered my shoes to me! thank you for going above and beyond for your customers. Just wow...
