The spanish lady that works at the location is extremely rude to her customers. I came in and politely speaking with her about the money order and I asked her when does this place close because she stated that I have 5 minutes at 6:55pm. I was confused because it says the location closes at 10:00pm when you look for it. She started yelling and being hostile telling me to get out the store as I was trying to get the money order her.

I went there today 4/4/22 at 2:15 and the spanish lady was sooo rude and disrespectful. I come here alot (loyal customer) and she's always in a funky mood with her attitude. I usually just ignore her but this time she took it waaay to far. I don't understand how this company allows this rude woman to continue to work there. She's unprofessional and has poor customer service. What she said to me was so uncalled for and extremely disrespectful. This type of service has to stop and Western Union needs to do better!!!

Yesterday March 3rd I went to this Western Union location to pick up a transference and I was mistreated by the person that was there. She was very rude and was all the time hearing loud music and on the phone. When I told her that was being rude not just with me but with other customers waiting in line, she told me that she was not going to pay MY money because the system was down, something that was a lie because she did a transaction to another customer that was before me. I asked her for her name to make a complaint a told me that she didn’t not have a name and also “You can do it, I don’t care”. Finally I couldn’t get my money because she didn’t want to. Horrible service!!! I will never go back to this office to send or receive money through Western Union. They should double check the horrible people currently working for them and representing this prestigious company. I would like and answer about what western Union is going to do to fix this problem.
