Absolute worst service possible. Cars are gross. They never have what you reserved. Doesnt matter if you have premium membership they still treat you horribly. This place only exist because of car accidents that give them business. I would give zero stars

Rui the main agent is crazy. He would lie to me a lot. False promises about getting a different car. I caught him talking about me to another mechanic degrading me. I was a Lyft business partner for a long time.

Gave me a car that smelled like stale cigarettes and promptly closed after. When I came to drop off my car during normal business hours (4:30pm) the office was unexpectedly closed. I wasn't given any warning nor did the listed number to call on the closed postage work. Worst location and never using Hertz again

Makes sense why your employees leave . Adriana was rude and switched up her story everytime i spoke to her in regards to my rental. I asked about an additional charge on my card that she couldn't even explain . They charge you for things that they didn't explain to you before

Dirty cars on the inside and out. Herts in Dedham (290 bridge ) beware staff will give you a filthy car even with all the dangers of covid today. You can tell them its dirty and they wont clean it. Don't waste your time with this place.

More incompetent than I would have believed possible. I returned my car on time and then received harassing robocalls for two days claiming that I still had the car. These people have a simple job, and still cannot do it correctly. Never, ever renting from Hertz again.

Rented a car here after having an extremely hard time getting a replacement due to a mechanical issue with a car I had received from Enterprise. I received excellent service from Abraham and the rest of the staff at this location.

Great location and very easy to deal with. A small mix up on my receipt with how much gas the car had when I picked it up. I called them and informed them of the error (I had pictures to back up my claim) and they did not even need to see the pictures. They trusted what I said. Very easy to deal with as I was in and out. I would recommend this location.
