My review is for 8/21/22. I am usually satisfied with service & products. 16oz bread was $1.49 & 1.59. When I asked about it the answer was I Don't Know, I Guess You Pay The Higher Price. I advised the cashier of the problem and that I expected the lower price. His answer was I Don't Know. The acting mgr thought he was funny when I said the reply s/b I'll find out & he replied I Don't Know. Employees can't answer ever question but find. ty V.M.

Excellent, diligent crew. Excellent fruits, meats, and seafood. Not too large or little. Once you are familiar with your surroundings, you can do your shopping quickly.

So cold!!! I brought my poor baby in and she was shivering under her blanket :(. Market basket is always a comfortable temp. Will not be back anytime this summer.

Small, easy to park, staff are very helpful, Starbucks inside. I do most of my shopping here @ Hanover Shaws.

I like to shop at Shaws in Hanover because I find the store to be just the right size, not overwhelmingly large and with enough variety to satisfy my picky taste. In addition, Shaw's has a section for reduced meat and bakery goods which I find very convenient when I want to cook something immediately on the same day. I save money and eat a great meal simultaneously! The staff here are very friendly and helpful albeit most of them are teenagers but I guess somebody has pounded into their head to be courteous and helpful! The price is here like everywhere are going up up! However, with the store app as well as the ability to stock up when they have things on sale, I find the store much more of the value than stop & shop.

Great, hardworking staff. Good produce, meat and seafood. Not too big, not too small. Once you know your way around, you can get your shopping done fairly quickly.

Lobstahs 5.99 a pound till Labor Day. Steamahs same price. Tammy in the seafood department is SUPER. Thanks to Justin too. He went out of his way for me to steam a lobster at 8:30 on a Sunday night.

Not a big place by normal US standards, produce is good but a little limited. The selection of vegetarian prepared food is a little lacking. No obvious problems though.
