Worst CVS pharmacy that I've ever been to. Be prepared to wait 20+ minutes anytime you try to talk to a pharmacist. The rest of this CVS location is run-down as well. It's worth every extra minute to visit a different location.

Worse CVS ever. Prescriptions take forever to be filled and the drive thru has been closed for weeks. This isn’t convenient for someone with back pain waiting in line inside just to be told it’s gonna be another 40 minutes.

STAFF YOUR PHARMACY! Pay them more so they stop calling out sick. This location is a literal joke but people that need medication are not a joke and yet you treat them as such. My doctor called 3 times from Thursday to Saturday, waited on hold for 3 HOURS combined and NEVER got through then I waited in line for 1.5 hours Sunday with bursitis in the hip and almost collapsed. You CLEARLY don’t value your customers at the pharmacy. Shame on you. Seriously.

Change hours and close early without notice so when you need something at the pharmacy forget it. Your being turned away. They aren’t nice about it either.

I will be absolutely honest here when I say the front staff of CVS are extremely helpful and great workers HOWEVER the pharmacy staff on Lincoln Ave certain ones have been awful. I live down the street and use the pharmacy often for myself and my kids but after my experience tonight I will be changing to another pharmacy. For some reason the pharmacy staff are not keeping the hours listed which is mainly 8 am to 8 pm. They have closed their drive through as well. I've waited days for medicine to be ready. It's finally ready...I check hours to go grab it and get in line at 703.the worker says he's last we are closed. There was a man being helped and a man in line. No one else. We close at 7. I go so I can't get my child's inhaler or medicine that's ready? Her response was ill transfer it for you. So she could take the time to transfer my childrens medicine and mine but cant check me out with meds that are literally sitting there ready. I've had instances while picking up my children's long term medicine and got comments from pharmacy staff saying your poor kids etc. It's unprofessional and not helpful for a parent to hear. The way the pharmacy is operating lately is pitiful and if I were corporate I would be embarrassed. I spoke with a supervisor and got names and numbers of people that I need to speak with to report this instance to corporate.

Pharmacy is the worst. This is my second surgery and went to get my prescription and first surgery they wouldn’t take the prescription because the signature was electronically signed. So had to drive back to Danvers and got a “ signed prescription “. Now second surgery and they won’t take the electronic signature straight from the hospital because it’s not on special paper? Omg. It’s directly from the hospital printer!! Seriously a patient who just had surgery has to jump through hoops to get medication. To help heal. !!!!!!! Went to another local CVS and not a issue at all!!! Do not go to this pharmacy!! Rules don’t seem to be applied across the board. Seems to be whatever mood the staff is in if the decide to fill your prescription your dtr gives you!!!!! Wrong just wrong!!!!

For the absolutely dumpster fire that is CVS corporate, the pharmacy is clearly doing the best they possibly can. Yes, meds aren’t coming out, hours shortened, inconveniences…. but that’s corporate greed for ya! Working for CVS was one of the most stressful times in my life, and I commend anyone left in the pharmacy for staying and putting up with this nasty, entitled community.

These two nice ladies at the pharmacy were great! My sons special formula was super difficult to find and ( let alone ring up .. they had to type each 8oz container individually. I felt so bad) and they were super sweet and helpful! They deserve a raise !!

This location is the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They take days to fill prescriptions and their customer service is so horrible I have to switch pharmacies. Stephanie has the worst service skills. When I called to ask what was taking so long for my antibiotic she told me she had no employees and maybe I should “send my friends for a job”. Excuse me? Maybe you should find a company that hires people for you not tell your customers to do it. RUN AWAY IF YOU WANT YOUR SCRIPTS WITH A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.

Pharmacy usually takes 3 to 4 days just to fill a prescription, whether it's a new prescription or refill. I understand they are busy, but taking 4 days to fill a medication is absolutely ridiculous. At first I thought it was an occasional occurrence but it keeps happening month after month. Then when you try to call they keep you on hold for 10 to 15 minutes. Not acceptable.
