They even delivered out to CT where I live and the delivery guys were so wonderful and conscious of my home when bringing in a 9' dining table. They have lots of small pieces too, not just big things like beds and wardrobes.

I dealt with very helpful, knowledgeable staff to help me fix the problem! They sent me lower brackets at no charge as long as I send back the original ones. They looked at my photos of the bed and offered advice on making the bed shorter so that I can climb in and out with ease! The bed is a one of a kind and I love having it my home..looking forward to adding a nightstand to our collection!
