They are awful. They swear they let you know when medication or supplies are on back order but we never get a text . If I did I wouldn’t show up looking for the stuff. My husbands stuff is there because it can’t be mailed. My prescriptions will never be there

Very dismissive and rude on the phone. The representative I spoke to was not great at customer service. I merely had a yes/no question about their available services and she was rushing to get off the phone with me. It may be best to call another location for assistance.

Make sure you remember to use your card. Just got overcharged for sale items and no receipt after girl didn't bother asking for my rewards card, but heard her asking the woman after me for it.

Don't ever bother calling the pharmacy. It'll be quicker to drive there. They NEVER answer the phone. And the text message service is useless. Just tells you to call. What a run around. Been using this pharmacy my whole life...might be time to switch

I absolutely love the older lady that works here it's Dotti or Dorothy I forget but she is amazing extremely helpful all about customer service and she isn't there for just a pay check she genuinely cares about her job... wish they could hire more people like her if it wasn't for her I wouldn't shop there however they gave 2 self checkouts and only 1 works since they've been installed and can't pay with cash or scan coupons make absolutely no sense so I had to stand in line for almost 25 minutes YES AT CVS...I KNOW...I KNOW... but they only had 1 person working and it was the sweetest lady ever thankfully she can airways make a negative situation into something positive with a solution... and was making everyone laugh some people truly cease to amaze me in a good way when working with the public well at least this inparticular individual that was working did....

By far the worst cvs I've ever used. The customer service at the pharmacy is poor and they generally have an attitude if you have questions... they never answer their phones at the pharmacy. Be prepared to be on hold for at least an hour.

Been using this pharmacy for years and it is consistently the worst pharmacy I have ever used. The pharmacy staff are the worst no one ever answers the phone I was just on hold for over 45 minutes with never being answered. They take forever to refill prescriptions what used to take 45 minutes at most now takes until sometimes the following day to get a prescription filled if they even have it ready when they say they will (they wont). The only reason I still use this pharmacy is because it's the closest one to my home so it's convenient but if you don't have to have your prescriptions filled here then DO NOT! The staff are rude unprofessional not trained in any art of customer service or any pharmaceutical skills that would actually be of use even simple compassion is tossed to the side with the quality of employees working in the fly infested pharmacy.

Absolute worst pharmacy ever. They never know what the hell they are doing and lie right to your face. They never answer the phone. I’ve been in line while trying to get through on the phone and it doesn’t even ring. They don’t care at all. There are flies inside. Disgusting and useless employees.

This place has the worst pharmacy crew ever. Very rude individuals. I put in a prescription to pick up. Got there the next morning to find out they didn't have it ready. I was told to check back in at 2pm or check if another pharmacy had this product. This product is to help my breathing since I have asthma really bad. It would have been very nice for someone to call and let me know. They need new staffing and new training.. Taking my business to a more professional CVS in Taunton..

I don't have any experience with this CVS, however I do know that a worker named Kaitlyn went above and beyond for me last night. I was stuck at my regular CVS for about 2 hours on Road Race weekend and the 1 pharmacist a who was new told me she couldn't fill my prescription because she didn't know how to wave it. Otherwise I would have to pay out of pocket. I called about 4 CVS's prior to reaching this CVS and Kaitlyn answered. Based off of the hours and me asking her, I knew she was about to leave for the night, yet she still walked the pharmacist through the steps of waiving a prescription in a computer when nobody else would. This girl deserves a medal. Incredibly sweet, kind, and especially patient! Thank you Kaitlyn!!!
