Horrible they overcharge they say they go to look at your car from top to bottom they really don’t you walk out spinning around $800 they do not let you know exactly what’s going on with your car or exactly what they going to do they charge you $150 diagnosis fee that’s not including all the labor this is things that they did not state before you go into the shop

Do NOT use for towing/emergency service. If they accept the ticket from your auto club, request another provider. I placed an emergency ticket with my roadside service at 2:11 pm today. Leonard's accepted the ticket and gave an ETA of 3:40 pm. The weather was sunny and calm. At 4:36 pm, I called and asked about the ETA. A woman told me, "He's dropping a car off at Hannaford's and you're next in line." I thanked her. They acknowledged I was on the list. At 6:01 pm, now at well over 2 hours past the ETA, I called the number again. I got a guy saying he didn't know about it but he'd jump right on it. at 6:25, I tried the number again. Went to voicemail--mailbox full. At 6:28, tried again with the same result. At 6:29 p.m., I called my auto club. Their rep spoke to the man. He said he would be at my location in 25 minutes. At 8:13 pm, 4.5 hours after the original ETA, and over 1.5 hours after the guy told the club rep he'd be there in "25 minutes," I gave up and demanded my auto club give me another provider. They lied to me, they lied to my auto club, and then they stopped taking my calls. For the record, I'm polite. I never swear, but I did state the time I had been waiting and that I wasn't appreciative of the lack of service. Service: Battery

While this was the only company willing to accept my request for a tow during a snow/ice storm, after confirming the location I needed my vehicle dropped off at, they delivered to the wrong location. I had requested to drop it off at my dealership and they brought it to a another dealership location 30+ minutes away from the correct one. They delivered after hours on a Friday and left my key on the seat as opposed to placing it in the dealership key drop off box. The service centers reopened Monday, and had no idea the vehicle was in the lot. The woman’s singular apology didn’t feel meaningful and due to this mistake my vehicle repairs cannot be started until she’s able to find a driver to tow it to where it should have been towed originally, days prior.

Nicole and Steve are breaking the mold for stereotypes of mechanics. The duo was great for helping me with my valve covers and gaskets as well as a water pump. Granted it didn’t meet the original time frame, but with the quality work I got it was worth it. I’m not a fan of putting my car in the shop when I could do it but I couldn’t! these guys were friggin A+. Will be back for future business

Im only 20yrs old and it’s my first car, I just moved to Taunton and was looking for a good mechanic this one was the first I went to and will be the only one I go to. They did a great job on the car, also very efficient, and polite. If you need something fixed they do mostly everything!!! Service: Tires

Everybody had there opinion, personally ed did try and help me with my acura to a extent, he did do my tie rod for a cheap price and gave me suggestions on installing my aftermarket parts. He also gave me a diagnose for a very good price where he did point out exactly where my oil leak was coming from and he found it fast. but being honest he also did point out a few things that iknow i didnt need. But he for sure is a good guy and He does try and help everybody to a extent

I needed a tow so they towed me and offered to look at my truck for free. Ed came out himself and diagnosed my truck within minutes. Other place I went to just hooked me up to a computer and wanted over $1000 to fix a vacuum leak, when Ed replaced a hose for $25 and it's been running perfectly for months. I send my whole family here now and everyone loves him. Great place with great people. Thanks!

I have been bringing my vehicles to Leonard's for years. It is always a pleasurable experience and excellent work is done. If I am not able to drop off / pickup my car, they pick me up and if it will not run they have towed to the shop for free in certain repairs.
