Went there today and they're doing covid tests in the same window that everybody else has to go through 30 minutes in line for one person doing a covid test and then everybody else goes there and touches the same stuff. Remember Bridgewater had a separate covid testing area. Not good

Beth was very rude and did not want to do her job! It has never been so hard for a prescription to be transferred or filled. I just moved to Taunton and asked to transfer a prescription and get one filled she didn’t want to call my drs office she told me to do it myself and she never transferred my prescription. It’s like they are not happy with their jobs!

Most tech are very rude I asked to speak with pharmacist and Molly told me no 3 times and hung up on me she been. Telling me for last year they Don t do automatic refill so I called other CVS asked if they do I was told yes they do she keeps telling me this store won't I ask to speak to pharmacist she either tells Me no or hangs up on me or says ok then hangs up this has been going on for over so I had to call front store to talk to pharmacist he said he was filling I get call say waiting on insurance I call bavk sys they are filling never heard back all day I call at 6 at nite stoll not filled said my Insurance returned them so that pharmacist started to fill I called at 8 40 a. To have filled g oh t filled 6 at night I had yo wait and go get next day they made me miss taking my meds

By far, the worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. No matter when your prescriptions are sent in, when you arrive they tell you it'll be another 20 minutes or more. The pharmacists and techs are some of the rudest, most inconsiderate, presumptuous, lazy, unprofessional, uninformed, argumentative and accusatory people I have had the misfortune to have dealt with. They outright lie about having things in stocks, whether your insurance covers it, whether it's ready etc. If this place was on fire, I wouldn't call 911.

Have to go overseas for military needed a Covid test. Scheduled and they turned me away because of no insurance card, military ID does not work. They would not even let me pay for it out of pocket? So don’t except military and won’t let pay out of pocket?

I waited an hour for them to not have my medication ready after 24hour prior to filling, then after my wait they tell me my insurance wasn't in the system so I have to wait longer after I had a procedure done and I'm due to take these meds at a certain time. Then pharmacist Ana proceeds to tell me she can charge me $200 if I'd like instead of waiting and that was the rudest thing she could have said knowing I have insurance. And there was a lady in here same time as me also not receiving proper assistance.

The female manager with the awesome glasses to match her outfits everyday is the most genuine caring person ever...EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER that goes in there she goes above and beyond for them ....if you ask her for directions she'll take time out of her busy hectic schedule there and draw u a map not literally but that's the type of person she is ....always walking around asking every customer if they're finding everything they're looking for, asking customers that have their hands full if they'd like for her to grab them a shopoing carriage or basket ....very enthusiastic and humble ill be going to this CVS from now on...it's always a plus when workers/managers actually care about their jobs .... 🙃

Zero stars. Claire is rude. Wanted to argue with me because I didn’t understand how someone without insurance could get a Covid test but someone with insurance — but doesn’t have the physical card with them can’t. It will take me 4 weeks to order a new card. Let me just go and spread Covid!! I called corporate and a bunch of other folks about this issue because it makes zero sense. Literally everyone I spoke to at the HQ said I should’ve still been able to get a test done due to the Cares Act. Luckily I found a place that tested, they didn’t ask about insurance at all.

Who ever the lady working drive through @ 630pm on Nov 2 was horrible. Her service needs improvement and not to mention she misjudged and lied right to my face about filling a script of mine and refused me. ( I ended up being taken care of at rite aid) So CVS thanks for allowing your employee make me feel worse as I was already in a great deal of pain, lied to my face and refused my script. I gave her no issues and answered all her questions. Will never come back!

Horrible pharmacy! I'm generally a nice person and I have a great deal of patience, but when I am told my medication will be ready at a certain time, and end up having to wait several more hours and sometimes even days, my patience wears thin. I don't expect perfection, but this has happened 9 out of 10 times. They don't call and let you know about any problems, you just have to arrive expecting to pick up your rx and be met with problems and delays. And I don't deserve to be treated like a drug addict when I go to pick up pain meds and become frustrated over there consistent lack of professionalism or courtesy. This pharmacy is staffed by incompetent employees, corporate needs to purge this location and start fresh.
