Worst experience EVER I placed a door dash order that was never received I literally have proof it was around 8 so since they closed they did not turn door dash off I did not ever receive order which is fine I called the next day shift manager Steven who could of lied about his name was the rudest Person I have ever met told me he could not help me I am a liar just trying to get free food and hung up on me several times I have never been hung up on and called a liar over a sandwich I was so insulted I will never order from this place again I can’t believe how I was treated this place should be ashamed and I can also provide proof an order was placed and no delivery I don’t have to lie for a free sandwich

Trying to figure out why I’m at this location right now at 6:45, they are closed, but it says they close at 7 online and on their store front. No one is answering the phone. Very upset right now as it is that last day to redeem a reward I have.

Horrible. Had to wait an hour and half for a delivery that was literally less than a half a mile away. I didn't have the option of leaving work today for lunch but I never expected somewhere that advertises "freaky fast" delivery to take THAT long! By the time my food got here it was all soggy and gross. When I called to ask where my food was the excuse I got was they got 20 orders in at once.... Last time I worked in the restaurant business, that was called a lunch rush and expected at 12 pm. So apparently the manager doesn't know how to run the store. Never again, there are too many other choices to not get what the store advertises.

Freaky Slow!! Took them 55 minutes to get me my sandwiches. I ordered JJ because of their fast service and I was running late to get my kids dinner before bed. I’ve gotten an order in 9 minutes from other JJs!! 55 minutes is just ridiculous. I only live 1 mile from this location, I guess I should have chosen the other JJ. I ended up making the kids another dinner since it didn’t arrive in time, and I guess we’ll be eating the soggy leftover sandwiches tomorrow.

I came in at 6:47PM on 12/28. I literally watched the girl behind the counter pick up the phone and yell at a customer and proceeded to talk poorly about the customer on the phone because the customer told her she would be there in two minutes. (10 minutes before their closing time). Never in my life have I witnessed such poor customer service. Honestly, the audacity. Probably shouldn’t be working in a customer service role if you don’t know how to treat people with respect. I’ll drive 5 miles out of the way to the other jimmy johns next time.

The weekend manager will make your sandwich before even knowing what I want in my sandwich. The sandwich went in the garbage after the first bite. When I called to get his name and the daily manager’s name he hung up on me. The sandwich was not as good as other locations.

Wow. I ordered two sandwiches over an hour ago. I haven't always received it in a fashion I would call "freakishly fast" but that is a long time. I might have chosen differently if I knew it would be so delayed.

I hope this is read by the owner(s). Normally, when someone (people and myself included) enter a Jimmy John's, we're greeted nicely, not with an attitude and "are you ready look". She didn't even read the price and she looked like she just woke up. They also got my order wrong when I said it out loud.
