Slowest JJ's I've ever been to. Waited approximately 20 - 25 min in drive thru lane, 11:10AM time slot. I counted 5 cars in front of me! If you're in a hurry don't come here!

I had the chance to stop here several times while on my way to class. Food was prepared quickly and flawlessly. Staff were friendly and the sandwich I ordered was delicious. I recommend a bag of chips and extra pickle spear as great add on’s to your order!

I’m kind of cheating by being a manager here, but this is by far my favorite Jimmy John’s in town! Perfect bread, wonderful service, and an even better atmosphere of laid back, COVID safe fun. If your service isn’t perfect, we’ll do whatever we can to make it better or fix the situation

I am updating for third time from my former review. Read Paragraph Below. It is completely your luck if you will have 5STAR OR <1STAR. Who Making. Who Manager. Who Delivering. Covid 19 has made many places but particularly Jimmy John go down in customer care, concern, or service. And after learning what I learned later in the paragraph below. It is my sincerest advice- DO NOT GET IT DELIVERED FROM THIS JJ. EVER. ***Update- I found out later from my neighbor living upstairs later that there was an original delivery- Driver Had Left It On The Apartment Entry Floor (where mailboxes are). No Text. No Call. Manager when I originally called at time said driver had “car issues”. That means I was Boldly Lied Too. But more concerning is the Safety/Health Issue. NOW MORE THAN EVER in 2020.

I been ordering here off and on since November 2019 when I started working down the street. The food is always on on point!. Well made no issues. I also have never had any bad customer service. Now, today I ordered my normal minus veggies. They missed my 2nd cookie, not only was the driver very nice and the person on the phone very nice. HE BRUNG ME 2 MORE COOKIES!!! And a free sub coupon. Now he just made night. So one of these days when I'm down I'm Gona open up my wallet and get some free JJs. Thanks guys. Very simple mistake was fixed beyond any possibility. Thanks :)))

I was so ready to give a 5 star review. The delivery was so fast! I was blown away. But my sub was SKIMPYYYY. My coworkers sub was so much more packed than mine and they were the same price. I'm disappointed that a 7.50 sub didnt satisfy my hunger

Jimmy John's sandwiches definitely were tasty. Could have used a couple more slices on the sandwiches for the price. But, yet it was very good, the wait was short and the Wait Staff was very nice.

These are the most delicious sandwiches you will ever taste. I always get the number 1 with salt and vinegar chips, which are also the best salt and vinegar chips I've ever had. Sandwiches are made super quick so it's like a fast food restaurant but with good quality food. Highly reccomend.
