Noone could take me too cold weather tape, told me two or three different locations but no tape I needed, they were not even busy, just standing. Noone asked if I found what I was looking for.

Good store, but when I tried to return a broom that was defective, the assistant at the service counter said I couldn't return it because it had been used. I bought it the day before. I used it maybe 5 minutes on a floor with just a little sand on it. It looked brand new except the handle kept falling off. Their sign at the service counter stated the same thing.... what I want to know is how are you supposed to know if it's broken if you don't use it? Hmmmmm

Lowe's is the clear LOSER. Lowe's versus Home Depot.I would rather drive 5 miles to home Depot instead of half a mile to my Lowe's. Lowe's is understaffed and the few staff you can find don't know what they carry, how to use it, or where it is. Both Lowe's and home Depot carry some similar brands. But Lowe's carries Kobalt exclusively and Home Depot carries Ryobi exclusively. Each store offers other exclusive brands in paint and windows, etc so if you prefer one brand over the other, Lowe's might be the best store. Home Depot has equipment and truck rental. Lowe's has vacuum rentals. Lowe's has an extensive selection of home decor like lawn furniture, window treatments, lighting fixtures,... From my experience, the prices don't seem to vary a lot. I guess the biggest reason I would go to Lowe's instead of Home Depot is that HD'S CEO made a hefty contribution to Trump's campaign.

I prefer Menards! Got "new" stuff that had been used. Somebody returned it they just put it back in the box, and put it back on the shelf. You could at least clean the grass off of it!

You can get most any hardware item here easily. Staff are helpful as well. They also have a great garden section with a lot of plants and supplies.

I like Lowes but there is more and more stuff in the aisles. Product displays, rolling ladders and materials staged on carts for contractors. It gets hard to navigate a cart through the store.

I don't normally shop here, and when I do I don't interact with employees, as the app tells me where things are and they have self checkout. But today I received assistance from two employees who were both so friendly and helpful! This store was clean and seemed well-stocked and organized.

Been a faithful Lowes customer for years, I always appreciated the veteran discount. Lowes started changing over a year ago, now they say we appreciate your service but your military discount is only on select items, what a crock of. Home Depot now offers full military discount on all items.Sorry Lowes I hope all my brother veterans make the switch with me.

I bought a Bamboo Plant for a friend on Mother's Day. Also got some stuff to keep my Spider Plant sprouting. The photos are of my Bamboo I got from Lowe's a few month's back,& Spider Plant I feed with products from Lowe's! It's another one of the best spots to go in for home improvements.

Went to buy a grill that was on sale. Had to find someone to help me. When I did he scanned the item and told me to give a number to the cashier and I would be all set. 30 minutes later they were still trying to figure it all out. I paid for the grill, asked for it to be assembled and would pick it up the next day. The next day I called ahead to make sure it was ready. Had to talk to about 6 different people and then finally spoke to a person from lawn and garden. He said it was already to go. When I got there to pick it up I Waited for over 45 minutes only to be told it wasn’t assembled yet. I didn’t loose my patience but told the worker it was a mess what I went through. This is the second time I have had issues with Lowes. Nobody seems to know what is going on. Unfortunately I won’t do business there anymore. Never had this problem with Menards or Home Depot.
