Not the best shopping experience to say the least. There were 2 girls at the cash register talking and neither said hello as I entered & was browsing. Then finally another girl came up to me with a judgmental demeanor and said “can I start a fitting room for you” , while already going to grab the items out of my hand as if I’m going to run out of the store with them?! (This wasn’t your genuine kind assistance - they made me feel incredibly uncomfortable) When I exited the fitting room the one girl almost ran to check behind me bc I only had one item in my hand that I was checking out with 🙄 ; like girl I have enough money to buy this whole store — bye! I’ve shopped at Free People in LA when I lived there and this seems to be a common theme — racism/treating latina/tattooed women poorly. They’ve treated white customers different than me EVERY TIME. There’s plenty of other high end brands I can buy from that appreciate my business and don’t judge me based on my color & appearance. Won’t be shopping here ever again that’s for sure.

I'm a huge fan of Free People but this store is hands down my favorite to shop at. Dom is absolutely the best!!! She listens to what you want and helps you pick the cutest stuff. The entire staff is super friendly and make shopping there so much fun. The store is always clean and organized, filled with the latest merchandise. Love love love them!

I love this location!! The girls who work there are super friendly, and will help style you! The clothes are sooo stylish and on trend, and the quality is phenomenal! They have a great return policy, and their sale rack is a must look. I will be returning when I’m not broke from holiday shopping!! Thanks so much, gals!!

I found the cutest flare jeans ever here. I love my new bell bottoms, and everyone was so nice and helpful here. They even helped my husband look around for clothes as I was trying some on still! Wonderful experience all around for me and my husband. We will keep shopping here!!! Thanks again girls!

This store is amazing! They found the perfect dresses I need for a wedding in a timely manor. None of my sizes were available online, but somehow they found stores in different countries to make it happen. I am blessed to be wearing exactly what I want to these weddings! I will never forget the experience I had there today. Ask for Ella she goes above & beyond for everyone!
