I am very disappointed with this company. I love their products, they are beautiful but, in my opinion, their purpose is to sell only, and not to care for customers, at all. My order included 6 chairs. 2 of them were delivered quickly, 4 of them are backordered and they are scheduled to be shipped in over a month while I’ll be abroad. When the chairs arrive they will have to wait 20 days for my return from the trip! So I contacted Antropologie to ask if I can reschedule the shipping because I wasn’t notified that the chairs were not in stock when I was placing the purchase. They told me they can’t do that. So I asked them if I can change the shipping address to my friend’s address who would store the chairs for me until I’ll come back home. Unfortunately, they told me they can’t do than either. The only option I have is to cancel the order and buy the chairs again in the future. The problem is that I have no guarantee the chairs will be still available when I order them again and so I will stay with uncomplete set (with the 2 chairs that were already delivered). Also, in case the 4 chairs are not available anymore after I come back home, I will not be allowed to return the 2 chairs I have because their return-time will expire. I am very disappointed with the Antropologie customer solution system. The lady I speak to was nice but she didn’t provide any help. The backorder thing is on their side and they don’t help customers like me who need to modify the order because of the change they have made and did not aware the customers. I just couldn’t know that part of my order would be backordered... if I knew, I would not buy from them. Highly unacceptable and disappointing.

Walked up to checked out and the employees ignored me… just continued to chat with each other. Put my items down and walked out after about 5min of being ignored. I guess you don’t actually sell things here or need to sell things. Sad… I am an avid Anthro shopper and wouldn’t come back to this location.

Store looks amazing! Great merchandise. The displays are always inviting! I’ve worked in retail myself, and shopped in many many stores..Brenda the manager is on top of her game, I love love shopping with her. ( which I have for years) She leads her team magnificently. She has an impeccable sense of style, I love shopping in this store, especially with Brenda, I always walk out happy! Love the merchandise! Highly recommend!

Unique shop for unique finds. Houseware, clothing, and even jewelry and beauty. The candles smell amazing. They are a little bit pricey though.
