Purchased a viking spa and we are loving it. Everything went smooth from purchasing, communicating, the delivery and set up. We even received a basket of chemicals and spa supplies. My husband and I recently purchased a sauna. The two guys who came to deliver and install the sauna were excellent. They were very personable and made sure we understood everything before we left. They took the time to ask about me and the family and were even friendly with the dog. It was also my sons birthday and they even told him Happy Birthday before they left. Also, while bringing the sauna in they were careful not to damage anything. On top of everything they left us with a very nice gift bag to thank us for the purchase and then the following day a Heat'n Sweep employee called to check in to see how we were enjoying everything. Later we received a thank-you card. Definitely an A+ in customer service and I will be referring more business to them. Couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience!
